As much as I’m excited for Sinking City 2, I’m gonna miss playing as our monotone private detective from the first game. Anyone else feel the same? I hope they add a small cameo for him in the second game honestly!

I have Sinking City remastered, and I was wondering if I should buy those dlc or remastered deluxe , if they come on sale. Are they worth getting and spending money on?

Official release is scheduled on August 18th and on backerkit the address isn't even locked yet.

Ok, so for the main missions Fathers and Sons I’ve got all evidence for the crematorium and am ready to find James Warren injured at the hospital. He’s not physically in the hospital but apparently he’s supposed to show up once you go to the archives and use the parameters After the Flood/Patients/Surgery or Therapy but no combo brings up his patient file to make him appear. This really feels like a bug. Anybody else run into this/know what might fix this?

Im really excited for TSC2, TSC was a great game and sherlock holmes: the awakened was also amazing. Im hoping to buy TSC2 day one.

However, obviously TSC2 is more of a survival horror game. Two things i hate about survival horrors are chases and stealth. Can anyone who’s played demo (or maybe even the devs) tell me how many stealth or chase sequences there are? Im really hoping there aren’t a lot so i can get it without too much deliberation.

I don't understand whay happened here, so hope someone else can explain.

I was doing the second main quest Lost At Sea. I'd investiaged the expedition team's lookout and gone through all the way to the hospital to meet the captain. The captain told me where I can get a diving suit from, so I went there and died to those damn jumping things.

And now I have respawned right at the start of the case. It's telling me to go investigate the expedition hideout again. Does dying reset your entire progress? I'm not redoing all of that again.

As the title says, I just started playing the game last night. I got right about the middle of the second mission where I have to find the captain of the titania in the city’s hospital and I absolutely love the atmosphere of the game, while I’m not a huge fan of the junky movement. What should I expect from the game with NO SPOILERS!

How do I be sneaky? I keep entering areas and stay crouched the whole time and every time I get agro and a bunch of creatures are on me.

Performance in this demo is a bit rough right now, with frequent stuttering throughout exploration or before certain events that breaks the otherwise tense atmosphere Frogwares is clearly going for. The studio has been upfront that this build is still in active development and optimization is ongoing, so there is real work needed before the August 18 release if the final game is going to run as smoothly as the atmosphere deserves.

Graphically I'm partial to the original as the lighting feels a bit too bright in many places in the remastered but I'm curious if there are any noticeable upgrades in terms of shooting feel or stability or something that really stood out to you in the remastered vs the original.

Hello all. Just got done doing the demo for the second game and I had a question. In the apartments near the beginning I found a safe. Next to it had a little note that was pretty straightforward to decipher. So I got the stuff from the safe no big deal. But later on in that building after I got to the store to get the fuses, I got another note about a safe and something about you know the tale number should come easy. Is there another safe somewhere, or did I guess the combination early? I don't remember any story or tale that had to do with numbers that would have gotten me to the combination of the safe that I opened. Just wondering if I missed something.

so i’m at the hospital looking for sanders, didn’t find anything from the archives so i went looking and talked to the npcs but he wasn’t anywhere to be found. what now?
