PED/cycle help Cannot sleep and no libido on 500mg per week.

I started a 500mg cycle split 250mg twice a week. It’s been 5 weeks, I am currently unable to sleep , I get paranoid , wake up full of anxiety everyday 2-3 hours at night.

I take 0.5mg of anaztrozole whenever I start to get high e2 sides which is approximately every 2 weeks.

Every morning when waking up I have an existential crisis and wonder what I am doing with my life even though I completely crushed all of my goals this year. It’s like I have too much energy but no motivation or direction at all.

Lastly I cannot get a boner and have little to no libido and do not understand why ?

I tried melatonin, ashwaganda, magnesium, meditation, nothing fixed the problem.

I plan on getting a blood work next week.

The only thing I havent’t tried is B6 P5P .

Anyone had any similar experience ? This is my first cycle, my test comes from a chemist, I eat clean and healthy and have a perfect cardio vascular health.

Should I stop the cycle ?

PED/cycle story Disappointed in test cycle

Okay, so im 25 years old. Training for 3 years, 85kg, pretty lean looking good for natural guy. Me and my 2 friends wanted to hop on classic test cycle. We started the same time, died dailed in, training stronger than ever but for me dose of 400mg Test E feels a lot weaker than for them. Their physique changed drastically after 16 weeks while mine is just ok for cycle. They have a few side effect and i dont have any, my blood work is super cleand while they have a few highs, just like im not a good responder for test. Do you have any advice?

TRT help First cycle as a newbie

Sup ya filthy animals.

I need some help with my first test cycle. I know a lot of you are probably going to think it’s dumb, but I want to experiment and see how I feel.

My total T has been in the 300–400 range. I’m also coming off knee surgery and want to get back what I lost and hopefully make some progress beyond that.

The plan right now is just a TRT-level dose of Test C (100–200 mg/week split Monday and Thursday) along with hCG for about 12 weeks. I’m not committed to TRT for life yet, so the plan is to come off and run enclomiphene afterward (25 mg Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

My questions are:
• Where would you run hCG in terms of dose and frequency?
• After my last Test C injection, should I start enclomiphene right away or wait?
• If I wait, how long?
• How long should I continue hCG after stopping testosterone, or should I stop it before starting enclomiphene?

Just looking for advice from people who’ve actually run a similar protocol. I plan on doing a full hormone panel before I start and during aswell

Blood work I have 1470 test @ 18 years old naturally, should I be concerned or thankful?

Hello, I just got my bloodwork done during my annual physical and they did my hormone panel and my test came in pretty high at 1470. I’m not sure if this is something to be concerned about since it’s out of range but some things to note is that I’m a very active individual, intense weight training 6 times a week, 12k+ steps a day, cardio daily, stretch daily. I’m also eating 3650 calories a day if that plays any part. But yea any insight on this would be super helpful!

TRT help Increased appetite first week on TRT

Started TRT 120mg Sustanon split over 2 days nearly a week ago. Since yesterday I’ve been so hungry. I usually eat the same 5 meals every day and I’m satisfied. Has anyone else experienced increased appetite within the first week?

TRT help Anyone here start TRT in their early 20s and still happy with the decision years later?

I'm considering TRT at a relatively young age and I'm trying to hear from people who actually started in their early 20s (or younger) and have been on it for several years.
I did a test for testosterone and it came back and my levels were 376.
I dont plan on doing it now since im only 20, but i do want to start in a few years.

I'm not looking for medical advice, I'm more interested in real-world experiences.

  • How old were you when you started?
  • What mental benefits did you see? any improvements in motivation and drive?
  • What were your testosterone levels and symptoms before TRT?
  • Do you regret starting so young, or would you make the same decision again?
  • How has it affected fertility, bloodwork, libido, and overall quality of life?
  • Has being on TRT long-term changed your perspective compared to when you first started?

I'd especially appreciate hearing from people who have been on TRT for 5+ years. Both positive and negative experiences are welcome.

TRT help Advice on TRT (testosterone cypionate)

I am thinking on getting on TRT and would like some advice from somebody that is on it. I am 29 yrs old, about 5’8” and weigh about 205lbs. 19% body fat. I have been working out for about 8 yrs now and in those years I have dropped from 245lbs to 185lbs at my lowest. In the past 3 years I have be fluctuating between 190lbs-200lbs consistently going up. This is definitely the heaviest I have been in sometime.
Last November I went into my yearly physical and had them check my test levels. I was sitting at about lows 500 ng/DL. My physician told me I was good and nothing was needed. The reason I wanted my T levels to be tested was because I am feeling really low energy, low motivation and constant brain fog. Getting up for work, getting myself in the gym or even just constant life chores seems like an everyday struggle. I eat moderately healthy , watch my processed food intake. Watch my alcohol intake. Drink plenty of water daily. Workout hard 3-4x a week. But it just seems like something is pulling me back.
I was talking to a buddy about this and was telling him I want to get on a GLP to help me with my body fat. He disagreed and suggested I try Testosterone Cypionate instead. I don’t know much of it or never really researched it before now. Just from his advice it seems like something I could definitely benefit from. I’m just looking for any real insight before I go talk to my physician. Suggestions? Opinions? Any personal insights are appreciated. Thank you.

Other Poked my finger on a used needle

So i finished pinning my gear and put the cap on the needle before properly disposing of it, but the needle probably got stuck somewhere on the side of the cap and folded, it pierced the cap and poked into my finger, it wasn't deep but it was still through the skin causing a bleed, or course my hand wasn't wiped with an alcohol pad so it wasnt fully clean, should i be worried about any contamination?

Blood work Is this why I am always tired?

I’m a 34yo male. I don’t know why my T is so low. Yes I am overweight.

I’m 300lbs at 5’9. I have been going to the gym 4 times a week (mostly cardio). I have lost over 40 pounds in the past 4 months and I have sleep apnea for which I have been using my CPAP machine every night.

I do notice the past 5 years I have really bad brain fog, no energy and I just sort of ache all of the time. I usually take a nap every afternoon.

I think I’ve had low T most of my life, even when I was in the military and in shape 15 years ago my levels were about the same as they are now.

Is this something that can be resolved naturally without TRT? (I am seeing a doctor next week)

Not looking for medical device, just your personal experiences with it.

Other Aromatase inhibitors to get T up?

Hey guys so I have testosterone at a decent range not too low not too high still feel like crap though and I'm trying to convince. I know somebody that their doctor recommended them to try an AI instead of TRT as they were pretty much in the same boat as I was.

I'm thinking about talking to the same doctor about this my question is how safe is an AI?

Has anybody had experience in this area? Thanks.

PED/cycle help Morning erections won’t go away

I’ve been doing 250 mg of test this cycle and have been having an issue for a couple months now where I wake up with erections that are starting to be painful or go numb. I can always get rid of it with a walk and some coffee but I’m worried about long-term damage.

The erection will not go away by itself and cold showers don’t work. Exercise and a stimulant seem to be the only thing that help.

Has anybody else experienced this?

Blood work Doc said I should get blood work done early, but I wake up late

I'm going to get my levels checked, and my doc said to do it early (no later than 9am) because that's when levels are highest and taper off around 11am/noon

However, I work a mid-shift and wake up around 11:30am, so my sleep/wake cycle isn't as common as the general population. If levels are highest when you wake up, am I supposed to get tested hours earlier?

Basically, for those who aren't part of 9-5 society does it really matter?

PED/cycle help Considering blasting and cruising at 18-19

Finished my 500 mg test cycle recently and currently doing pct. Don’t feel too bad, dick still works and I have a libido. I’m considering blasting and cruising for an about a year and then coming off but I have some reservations. The first is bloating. When I was on 500 mg test my face looked worse, not significantly worse, but now that I have shed the water weight I’m getting much more attention from girls. I didn’t use an AI or EQ or Primo to keep E2 down to avoid bloating. Would incorporating EQ or Primo into my BnC prevent this? Is there anything any of you have done to remove water retention almost entirely?

The other thing is facial aging. I didn’t notice any aging while on cycle. If anything I look younger now than I did before. I completely nuked my DHT with dutasteride during my cycle so I’m assuming this is why. My cycle was only 3 months, but if I BnC for a year could I expect anything different based on your experiences?

TRT help Any older guys like me at 60 using low dose TRT?

I've never tried it but my doctor recently told me I'm low and thinking about going on a very low dose. What I could use help with is muscle since I've always lacked it even though I workout quite heavy + hard even now. Men who don't workout at all tend to look like they have more muscle than me lol.

Also have lifelong issues with anxiety, depression, motivation, etc and wondering if low dose TRT would help. I am concerned about side effects so that's mainly why I'm thinking about low dose.

Anyone getting decent benefits from low or modest amounts of TRT without incurring many side effects or downsides ?

Blood work Would I benefit from TRT

Blood work came back and doctor says since I have normal but low end of normal testosterone and feel the side effect of low testosterone (fatigued, low motivation, etc), that he believes I’m a good candidate for TRT.

Given the numbers, I do appear to have normal free testosterone. From what I read online, it appears free is what matters? Is that correct? And what would low total but normal free testosterone mean?

PED/cycle help Too many oral steroids?

I am planning on running my first steroid cycle in about a month or so. I signed up for rhythm full panel blood test once a month. Here is my cycle plan
250mg test C two vials
Anavar 25mg
Minoxidil3mg+finasteride 1.2mg pill form
Accutane (50mg)
This will be probably 16-20 weeks long
Also have 5000 iu of HCG. Was planning on taking that during the cycle. Is that a good idea or should I wait till after?

My AI is arimidex and then for the pct I have nolvadex and Clomid.
Some background of me is that I have been lifting for about 5 years consistently and inconsistently for the last 4 months I’ve been dialed with diet and sleep and have been seeing alot better results. I want to take my physique to the next level and want to get the mental and physical benefit’s of testosterone.

Just so yall are aware I’ve benched 315 squatted 455 dl 420 back when I was 16-17 but due to working 50-60 weeks as a plumber plus community college has hindered my progress. Anyway here is my concern is acne, gyno(I have a little gyno right now) and hair loss. I’ve struggled with all of these for a while which is why i bought the Accutane and finasteride. Blood pressure is also a concern

Going to buy some supplements for liver and heart health. Fish oil, milk thistle etc,

I have a couple if questions that hopefully somebody with more experience can help me with.

Is this amount of oral steroids safe for my liver?

Should I take HCG while on cycle or after? Or both?

Can I pin test in my ass with an insulin needle? I know it probably should be IM but I’ve seen some mixed answers.

If I start feeling high estrogenic side effects like rocks in my nipples is that when I should take the arimidex?

How can I not get PIP?

Any advice is appreciated as I am a beginner and am willing to learn and get the best possible outcome of this cycle.

TRT help Husband fertility while on test

UPDATE: I was wrong he said 300mg a week split in two doses of test lol

My husband told me he is taking 300mg of test twice a week. We want another baby so he said he is going to start taking 500iu of HCG a week. Won’t he have to lower his test dose? Isn’t 600mg a week really high? Or will he need to take bigger dose of HCG? I just feel like it isn’t right. Any advice or guidance?
