Just finished putting it all together, but initial impressions are that it’s super comfortable and the rig itself is very lightweight. Definitely sacrifice a few molle columns for the split, but it’s worth it to me.

Hello boys, I’m very happy to have gotten my first bit of milsurp gear in the mail today: British army surplus PLCE webbing. It looks great but definitely is a little dirt and smells like the range/milsurp/whatever that smell is. I’m just wondering how I should go about washing this safely. What should I use? Should I wash the individual components separately?

Give me a list of cold weather gloves that can be used with pistols without modification. Specifically, the FN 509T. Ideally they are subdued solid color but that is not hard requirement.

-1 radio pouch

-1 pair of pistol mag pouch

-2 ak double stack pouches (has sewn on compartment for 2 uzi mags each pouch)

-2 ar15 double stack mag pouches

-2 (m1 carbine?) Double stack mag pouches

-Knife/tools frog on right hip

-2 flushed inner compartments for admin stuffs

Back:

-1 very big pouch for explosive charge

-1 long pouch for detonator

-4 medium size gp pouches (probably specialty gears for explosive but i dont know much about that)

-2 extra pistol mag pouches

This thing is over the top and i love it, definitely overkill for a hunting/fishing vest

i need to do a new one since i’ve slimmed down my belt (and got a new, better one) but here’s my sim-slop post for the next week until i do another kitspread in my garage 🤙

Howdy, I have a yugo m77 .308 AK, and i am having issues with finding chest rig(Haley micro rig) inserts that wont cause the magazine's locking lugs catch on the fabric. I need inserts that is fully enclosed to the bottom. Any ideas?

Frag, smoke, and flashbang grenade pouches would normally also be filled, but I don’t have any grenades available at the moment.

I found this set at a military sale in my country; it was pretty cheap, so I bought it. I don't know if there's anything special about it.
