Steam Controller Soulframe?

I just got a steam controller and it doesn't seem to like Soulframe. The X button opens up the keyboard and none of my other binds seem to want to 'save'.

Is anyone else using a steam controller able to give me some guidance how to set this up?

Is soulframe even out?
You need to add the game to your steam library and start steam as administrator. Then enable the steam controls. Start in big picture mode.
