Traffic/Road Conditions Big Rigs on Hwy 44
This is not a message to big rig drivers but more a question for people on the road. The last month or so I’ve seen at least a dozen big rigs absolutely flying and cruising in the far right lane on 44, both east and westbound, between the city and 270. Almost every time they were going around 70mph. A couple times I thought they were going to run right through me. Anyone else notice this and why are they not driven the lanes that match their speed better? It seems as dangerous for them as it does for people going much slower in a lane that is designed specifically for that purpose
