Getting together at bars/restaurants is fun, but I'd like us to be more active too - museums, hiking, concerts, etc.

Moms who had a C-section at South Shore Hospital, can you please share your experience? ❤️
How were the nurses? Were they caring and supportive? How was the cleanliness of the room, bed, and bathroom? Was the recovery room comfortable and well prepared? How many nights did you stay after the C-section?
Did you feel your pain and needs were taken seriously? Would you recommend delivering there?

We have a newborn and looking for a mother's helper for a few hours every day. They would be helping around the house and helping mom care for the baby, not directly caring for the baby

I want a shag haircut but am not sure where to go on the South Shore, any suggestions?

I got a really cute shag in Texas and have been getting mostly trims at Great Clips/Supercuts since I got back to the South Shore in March, but my hair is growing out. I am hesitant to go to a salon around here because I have had some BAD salon experiences. I am looking for a salon that is ready and willing to give me the shullet of my dreams because I am worried about them being too safe and not giving me the layers/shagginess I am looking for, or making me look like an elderly woman.

I'm in the Halifax/Bridgewater/Plympton area, but am willing to travel for the right salon. Ideally nothing crazy expensive for a haircut.

I have to get my roots done every three weeks..usually just single process (occasionally add highlights or a glaze). I don't even necessarily need a blow out after. Looking for a reasonable spot..used to pay $60 and has gone up to over $120 at the same salon. Don't need fancy, just someone good at painting on color often! Anywhere from Plymouth up the coast to Hingham areas/surrounding towns.

My dad (70) lives in the South Shore and my brother and I are looking for better healthcare for him. He currently has a PCP that we aren’t happy with and a bunch of specialists that don’t communicate with each other. We are hoping to find an organization that has in-network specialists and expertise in senior care. Case management would be a huuuuuuge plus. He has Medicare. The services he needs are primary care, rheumatology, urology, cardiology, behavioral health, and case management. Please send any suggestions, thank you!!!

I’m looking for a new dermatologist, but with a hitch… My prior derm in Providence isn’t convenient for me anymore (plus is so hard to get an appointment). What I loved about that practice is they’d freeze off any skin tags as a courtesy at my annual appointment. I’m prone to skin tags, so having them done for free like that was a huge perk. I assume most practices charge for this as a cosmetic procedure. Wondering if anyone has experience with a local practice who offers this as a courtesy? Thanks in advance!
