Does anyone else just supplement half their caloric intake with smoothies ?
I've been on a weight gain journey for a couple months and have made it to 112 pounds, I'm also autistic so I find it physically hard to eat some foods
I require about 1,800 calories a day, so I just make a smoothie worth about 700-800 calories and it really energizes me for the rest of the day and takes the burden off of having to cook. Anyone else do this?
I dunno if it's healthy but it makes things far easier for me
My ingredients are: 1 cup of milk, 1-2 cups of fruit, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 cup blended oats, and sometimes 1-2 tbsp olive oil/honey if I have it
