Pros / cons of one versus the other?
I’m on the road a lot and unfortunately my new to me ‘23 2500 HD doesn’t have wireless CarPlay.
I could get a wireless CarPlay adapter or a MagSafe charger and just have it constantly connected.

Anyone run into this issue with their high beams flashing when turning the right signal on?
Is it just that sensitive, a bad stalk, or something I'm doing?

Long story short, both the front and rear bumpers are toast. OEM replacements are a fortune so I’m looking for cheaper alternatives that anyone has experience with. I will be installing both myself. Does anyone have any brands they recommend to either try OR stay away from?

Would it look stupid or could i pass?
Not trying to buy tires at the moment
If it would look stupid, is the 2.5in lift with strut spacers worth it?

This particular truck was delivered and I didn’t notice anything on the trucks I did drive for the short test drives. A lot of wandering at highway speeds, constantly correcting and pulling. Narrow roads are stressful. Dealer said everything checked out and that’s “just the way the drive”. Is that right?

Just put a set of Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/Ts (285/60R20) on my 2026 Silverado Z71. Really happy with how they fill out the wheel wells without going to a 35. Ride seems good so far too. What do y’all think of the look, and how have these tires held up for y’all over time?

It’s me again, thank y’all for the replies on the other post if y’all seen it. Honestly its been a struggle looking for a good silverado i dont want to buy one thats gonna end up with major problems so honestly i don’t mind overpaying a little for a safer buy. Anyways what y’all think on this one, 1 owner, 4wd, i checked the car fax everything looks good, maintenance has been done on time. Gonna go look at it tmr. And wont pay anything above $24,500

I inherited my father's 06 1500. Took it to the shop, turns out the transmission is shot. Other than that, it's a good truck. 126000 miles, still blows hot and cold air, interior is in good condition dash is all there, cloth seats are all there - no tears or anything. 2 wheel drive, single cab, 8 foot bed with a shell cover. Trying to make a deal with the mechanic, he's interested in replacing the transmission and using it for a work truck, which is perfect because I can't afford to replace the transmission. I have no idea what it's worth or even where to begin, he's put the first offer in my hands. Can I get some advice, what's it worth?

Bought my first truck back in March and I was worried I would regret it at the time. Well, I haven’t. It’s changed my life. It’s an absolute blast to go for a drive.

Just did a DOD delete on a friend’s 2021 5.3 with TSP chopacabra cam.
Stock exhaust and Y pipe.
Still got lots of tuning.

Considering an RST but really dislike the fake wood trim. What are the best options others have used that cover it?
Black or gray. Prefer not to look carbon fiber. Easy to install and looks factory would be preferable.

Got my leather seats delivered today, Got the rear and Passenger side seats mounted in the truck for now. Waiting to do the driver side until I get the wiring all figured out. But I cleaned the passenger side and rear seats for now. Very impressed with them so far, even though I haven't even sat in them yet lol.
Upgraded to the 6 Gauge cluster with it programmed to the correct mileage.

Just got a 26 Silverado LT Trailboss 5.3 brand new. Has about 2k miles on it. For some WEIRD reason, when I pull up to my neighborhood gate and slow roll up to it , press my gate clicker while it’s opening, the trucks engine will just cut off and I’ll be in neutral and it’ll start rolling backwards. I have to hit the brakes, turn the truck back on and put it into drive to continue on about my business.
What in the world could this honestly be? It’s literally happened only at my gate probably 3 or 4 times now. It’s like whatever I do, it’s the perfect storm to cut the truck off. Anyone seen this before?

My 2023 is 2 years 11 months old and this happened. It was working fine parked safely at my house for about 30 minutes or so got back in then this. I turned off the truck and then back on still the same problem. Parked at work same problem for a 3rd time. Left the truck off for 5 mins then it started working again. Is this a concern or just let it be? I made an appointment just incase. I have had the temporary black screen or screen areas with a connection lost icon temporarily before but this seems worse.

2025 RST.
She’s looking a little dirtier since these pictures, but still…
I wanted to do a little lift (or level) to give it a little extra height, but after reading a bunch of stuff online, I think I’m going to hold off.
That said, I’m taking recommendations for exhausts. My old Dodge had a nice, louder, deeper exhaust and I miss it. This stock exhaust sounds like a Prius. Ha.
Also, I added a roll up Tonneau cover and I hate it. The bed was already too short. Oh well!

Hi everyone! I’m currently in the market for a new truck and leaning towards the Silverados. I’m torn between the 3.0 diesel and 5.3 engines. I run a lawn care business and will be towing a 7x16 cargo trailer with mowers daily. I’m leaning towards the diesel but I am worried about emissions and problems stopping and starting when some houses are only a block away. Any advice would be helpful!
