First Seiko in the collection and i absolutely love it!! First automatic as well still figuring how it all works this all very new and exciting to me glad to be apart of the club!

The movement on my SKX suddenly stopped and I was thinking of swapping out the movement for another 7S26 to keep it OG instead of the NH36.

What are the do's and dont's? Seem like a fairly easy swap if i'm sticking to the same movement. Are all 7S26 created equal?

Based on the videos i've seen, I just need to remove the stem to get the movement out.

Need some input ya'll!

P.S. I need an input where to get a legit 7S26, can someone lead me to the right direction?

Just noticed my dial has these marks, not sure if it’s water marks but I don’t even wash my hands with this watch? Any help helps!

The British racing green and checkered rally bezel just spoke to me, and I had been eyeing my first Seiko since I got into collecting about a year ago. I own a Tutor, Rolex, and a couple Tissots and this watch just knocks it out of the park. Loving the 38 mm case size. Stoked.

I’ve got the Seiko 5 Sports x Rowing Blazers (Green dial / 38mm) arriving which I secured at launch, and I’m torn on whether to keep it or list it on the secondary market.

On one hand, I love the green dial, the checkered bezel, and the vintage preppy vibe of the collab. It’s a super unique piece that adds a fun pop of color.

On the other hand, my main daily wearers already have my everyday tool watch slots covered, and part of me is leaning toward taking advantage of the current hype market to fund a core Swiss piece down the road.

For those who have owned or kept their Rowing Blazers collabs:
Does the novelty hold up over time as a long-term keeper?
Or makes more sense to flip it while secondary demand is hot and put those funds toward a higher-tier grail?

I just received my Seiko SSK023, and it’s running at about +15 seconds per day. What do you all think? Is this acceptable, or should I return it and exchange it for another one in the hope of getting a more accurate example?
