[Question] What's the most beautiful Presage dial?
Hi everyone, I'm looking to add another Seiko this Christmas, and I'm considering getting a Presage (gorgeous dial at a relatively affordable budget). I've seen several ones in the past, currently hooked to the Cocktail time SRPE41 'Negroni', but I'm curious about everybody's favorite Presage dials.
So, in your opinion, what's the most beautiful Presage dial? Please show them in the comments 🙏

[SJE093] 62MAS Bracelet Options?
Anyone have any bracelet suggestions for the SJE093 (19mm squared lugs)?
I know the SLA017 bracelet works but it’s pretty much the same bracelet as the SPB143 and I’m not a fan of it, just don’t think it suits; the stamped bulky clasp is poor and doesn’t meet the quality of this case.
I’ve tried the 5-link super-engineer-esque bracelet off of a SPB411, which I actually love the refined look of; the clasp is super low profile (yes it’s not a diver like clasp, I’m not doing any diving at my desk so doesn’t matter) though still stamped, the links articulate well and is super comfortable, but the end links ofc just doesn’t work - There’s a gap between the case and squared edge of the link, as can be seen, and even worse off, the lip underneath the end-link that locks onto the case is now visible through the gap which makes it even worse, otherwise the gap would’ve been tolerable. I thought about just getting the lip filed away but then the end link would spin freely and not work as well, so the only tolerable option to make this bracelet work would be custom fabricated end-links to work with the case and bracelet, which is not a financially viable option😅
Anyone have thoughts, opinions, suggestions, solid alternative bracelet recommendations that look good and is good quality?

[Question] Keep or Sell Seiko 5 Rowing Blazers Green 38mm
Hey everyone,
I’ve got the Seiko 5 Sports x Rowing Blazers (Green dial / 38mm) arriving which I secured at launch, and I’m torn on whether to keep it or list it on the secondary market.
On one hand, I love the green dial, the checkered bezel, and the vintage preppy vibe of the collab. It’s a super unique piece that adds a fun pop of color.
On the other hand, my main daily wearers already have my everyday tool watch slots covered, and part of me is leaning toward taking advantage of the current hype market to fund a core Swiss piece down the road.
For those who have owned or kept their Rowing Blazers collabs:
Does the novelty hold up over time as a long-term keeper?
Or makes more sense to flip it while secondary demand is hot and put those funds toward a higher-tier grail?
Would love to hear your thoughts!

[SLA053] MM300 Seigaiha US Special Edition
Just got this watch for a great deal in an outlet store in Hokkaido: after discounts it was 252K JPY which was an amazing value. Funny that a US limited edition watch found its way back in a Japan store though.
Despite its seemingly heftiness, the case dimensions and the silicone strap actually wears pretty well and comfortable. Am glad I managed to get one of these older MM300 monobloc variants now that they are discontinued!

First Turtle [srp787]
I was expecting it to be a little nicer than my skx009, but it is surprisingly well finished. It is living on an uncle seiko engineer bracelet for the time being.
[Question] Do you guys ever just play with your watches?
I know the word play might come off childish and we’re all adults but I like to sit there and try on different straps and just fiddle around with them. I find it fun and satisfying.

Gallery My two Seikos [SRPE99K1] and [SPB227J1]
Hello everyone, Seiko family!
I wanna show you my two Seikos that started my whole watch obsession.
The Turtle Padi was my first automatic watch, which I bought about 4 years ago. The best daily ever and I love to put it on different straps (bracelet is a strapcode oyster style that I bought cause the original one broke).
The Presage is my dressier watch, which I like to wear on weekends and when going out.
The dial looks absolutely amazing irl, the pictures really don’t give it justice and it really pops when under direct sunlight!
I now own more watches, even much more expensive ones but I like to come back to these two from time to time cause they are so versatile and are very sentimental to me.

This Speedtimer might lack an actual chronograph but I find the countdown timer bezel actually useful. I’ve got to say I’m really enjoying wearing this watch.

[SRPM21] first Seiko
The British racing green and checkered rally bezel just spoke to me, and I had been eyeing my first Seiko since I got into collecting about a year ago. I own a Tutor, Rolex, and a couple Tissots and this watch just knocks it out of the park. Loving the 38 mm case size. Stoked.
