Our client’s heart is broken because one of his companion cats (Delilah) passed at the young age of four years old. Delilah’s sister, Babygirl (in this photo) is 18 yrs old, and finds herself depressed from the loss and not eating. Our client has tried everything, and found she is eating a very specific flavor of Fancy Feast. He’s running out of the few cans he has, and is eager to keep Babygirl on the mend.

A case is currently less than $11 on our Amazon wish list, and we think a max of 10 cases can help get her back on track. Our pet program is only run by in-kind donations, so every item donated ensures a homebound client’s pet is able to stay fed and cared for.

Hi all, I’m looking for a place for my boyfriend to get his hair cut that is affordable and can do a good flow fair cut. Many of the places he has been he will ask for a flow cut (medium-to-long scissor-cut with soft layers and no harsh lines) and they end up just giving him a fade.

SANTA MONICA/SHERMAN OAKS—A road rage incident involving a firearm escalated into a roughly 45-minute, multi-agency pursuit with speeds reaching over 100 mph. On July 3, around 8:25 p.m., an adult male driving a black Range Rover fired a gunshot at another driver during a road rage confrontation near Cloverfield Boulevard and Broadway in Santa Monica.

SM folks, we are averaging 1-2 punctures from nails and screws in the tires of our two cars each year. Like one puncture per car per year. We live in Sunset Park.

First time living in an apartment that faces the alley on 11th and between wilshire and california

Woke up at 1am to the smell of smoke. It got me panic googling wild fire but turns out someone had started a dumpster fire close to El Cholo ☹️

I am currently training for marathon and due to shift in work schedule I can only train early in the morning. I'm wondering if there is a safe place to run in the city that early. A park or a track maybe? Well lit area is preferrable if possible.

I just recently started working for the city so I'm not very well versed on the locations yet. Also, if there are any areas I need to watch out for, please let me know.

Google says it's permanently closed, but Yelp shows it as still open, and their website and Instagram are still up. Any idea what's going on with them?

I (24F) moved 2 months early to Santa Monica before starting my Theatre classes at SMC in the fall. I am looking for friends that enjoy chill activities, such as going to the movies, doing picnics at the beach/park, going to cafes, go to day activities around Santa Monica and be there for each other since moving to a new city is tough.
