I've been a SONE for 15 years and have advocated for SHY in every possible way since the start of my love for this group. I've watched HyoRiSoo's performance on Hangout with Yoo and am slightly following things, but am a bit confused as to how this picked up momentum, even though I am immmmmensely grateful for it!!!

In some ways it almost seems like they are reverse engineering a debut. Performing on variety shows, announcing appearances and performances, all without a label backing them or anyone putting out an album. I'm loving this, but just wanna understand what happened.

Can anyone narrate exactly what happened/what led to their appearances/how it's being received by fans and the Korean public?

I noticed that taking Yoona and Seohyun, they are opposite of what they potray, like a lot of people know that Yoona is the main actress of the group and Seohyun is one of the vocalists in the group (supported by the fact that she is in TTS) but I was surprised to know that Yoona auditioned while Seohyun got scouted as well as Yoona has more songs (note: non OST) than Seohyun.

This shocks me cuz as much as they have good face cards to match with their good voice cards, this is the first time I have seen such a switch happen between two members who fit into two stereotypes of kpop idols. And Im genuinely curious, have they openly expressed their liking or their reasosn as to why they do what they do?

Does anyone know if VIP tickets are tied to presale access? I have never tried overseas concert ticketing before but really want to see her

I was in the downtown of my city the other day and saw that a new Kpop store had opened. It was my first time ever seeing one so I decided to have a look, and lo and behold.. they had ZERO SNSD merch. Nothing. Not even their lightstick. SNSD is my favorite group by far but I've also been getting into aespa these days, so I went to see if they had the aespa lightstick, which I thought I would have a better chance at because they're one of the most popular groups these days. Somehow, they didn't even have that!

I went to talk to the lady at the front and she said that since Boy Groups are apparently more popular on the East Coast, they don't carry as much GG (girl group) stuff. I was so disappointed! Guess I'll have to fork over all the shipping money in order to get my hands on the SNSD lightstick.
