Dublinnest.com for housing?

Ok, i’ve seen quite a few posts about this so sorry for the redundancy, but I just wanted to be double sure since people say that it’s legit but it honestly screams the opposite. I filled out a booking form for one of their rooms in canvas point (even tho canvas point campus website itself says there’s no availability..) filled out a google form (😭) and they got in touch w me saying they’d send contract and invoice shortly (haven’t heard back, been only about 6 hours tbf).

So, are the other posts i’ve been seeing where people mention it’s legit false / ads, or is this place fr?

Thanks!

I wanted to know how fast apartments actually disappear in Dublin...

I've been working on a project that tracks rental listings in Ireland, and while looking through the data I got curious.

Everyone always says "you have to be quick".

But what does "quick" actually mean?

From everything we've looked at, plus reports from letting agents, it seems that a huge percentage of decent Dublin rentals are gone within the first 24 hours.

Apparently it's not because they've already picked a tenant.

It's because they receive so many emails that they just pause the listing.

Some agents are talking about 150-200 enquiries on a single apartment.

Honestly that explains a lot.

I used to think I was just getting unlucky, but if you're applying a day later you're probably competing with hundreds of people already.

For the people here that eventually found somewhere...

How long were you searching?

And did you ever get invited to viewings if you applied the next day?

Hello,
I wanted to know if anyone has any experience renting point campus location, could you please give a review as there are two companies offering rental space i.e. canvas point campus and dublin nest.

Which do you recommend, if someone could share anh insights it would be a great help.
TIA

Apartment Search 🏢 Depressing looking for apartments

I'm 26, been looking for a studio apartment on the south side and my god it is horrendous, currently sleeping on a sofa and even the rooms I've been looking at aren't great. If I could work remote I would probably leave dublin asap.

Short term rental CLONTARF Dublin 3

I have Rooms Available short term-/ in my house

1 double, 2 singles

Available now until August 23rd

Weekly or longer

Shared house with 1.5 bathroom

Clontarf Dublin 3
Very nice area close to sea front short bus ride (20 mins) into city Centre

Great alternative to a hotel or while someone is looking for longer rental.

We just unexpectedly have extended vacancy time between long term rentals. Looking for pleasant respectful short term renters or people visiting Dublin or newly arrived . This is a family home meaning have kids in the house so it's a pleasant atmosphere but not a hotel.

Please send me a message for further info
