Let me introduce to my tuna carpaccio with some chili oil (god bless Laoganma), vegetarian chilli, passion fruit and lime.

A dish that works very well in this heat.

I had some chill con carne left over so made a pitta bread pizza with it for work. Cholula over it after photo. Bloody lovely.

Took me less than 15 minutes to throw this together. High protein, super fresh, and surprisingly filling. Perfect for a busy workday!
