I know this is a MASSIVE long shot but I recently realized I lost my camera. It was about 3-4 weeks ago probably in the back of an uber. There are some really sentimental pictures on there of someone I lost recently so I would really appreciate if you could return it if found (I will give you a finders fee). It is a Panasonic LUMIX G100 with 45-150 mm lens attached to it, I had it in a black bag with a couple other items in it. I can verify my self through pictures and the other items in the bag.

I'm reaching out for advice / referrals in what has lately been a very stressful and expensive situation for me.

Last year, I really stretched myself financially to buy my first house (in Philadelphia, near Mt Airy). Unfortunately, the seller misrepresented (flat-out lied about, in writing, in the seller's disclosure statement which is a legal document) both the history and present condition of the house. These were all things that wouldn't come up in a standard home inspection but are really starting to fall apart now.

I want to know what sort of options I have for compensation from the seller, since I'm within the statute of limitations (2 years) to seek legal action. I'm open to both free / low-cost community resources I might qualify for as well as any recommendations for Real Estate Attorneys who could help me (ideally on a contingency or even a flat-rate basis, but I can do hourly if there's no other option).

Hi. I got a custom blind made for a giant window inside my apartment and the string pull is so short I can't reach it (high ceilings). I bought an extra-long string pull but I can't figure out how to get the blinds out of the bracket––supposedly you just pop them out with a flathead screwdriver, but it doesn't work for me (it's possible I'm an idiot). If you can pop this thing out, run the new string through, and pop it back in, I'll give you a hundred bucks. Job is in CC, I can get a ladder if you let me know in advance.
