Hey guys, stumbled upon a list that finished 57. White weenie - Alfonso López Romero. He play one copy of whitemane Lion. What are the different scenarios this tech could be used in current matchups situations, or is it strictly worst than SpiderMan? I can see protecting Leo when having 4 mana up, or when chump with inspector, u can retrieve it, keeping a token.

FlickerTron players - how often do you actually use the infinite mana loop? Usually if I'm winning with [[Rolling Thunder]] or [[Kaevrek's Torch]] I don't mind taking two turns to do it - finite mana is usually enough.

Are there any games where this made the difference between winning right away vs losing the next turn? Are there any matches that specifically want this (besides Tribe, of course)?

I am thinking of switching it to the board and adding another [[Prohibit]] to the main. Thoughts?

I have been brewing this deck for quite a while by now, and just cant make it work how i would like, if anyone has any tips, or has already made a similiar deck i would really appreciate any help. I have run a version without the immolating and rite but it seems to me that its better and quicker then treefolk umbra because you do not need it untapped.

Midwest Cards is hosting their first weekly pauper event this Friday (7/24) at 7pm.

Located at 401 N Front St #95, Columbus, OH 43215 in the arena district, it will offer a $5 buy in with 100%+ of the pool being paid out.

I will be there with 10 decks to loan out and over 2000 pauper staples to trade away or sell.

They are highly interested in building a strong community base so there may be (beneficial) changes as we go, but it'd be great to have a strong start to building a pauper scene!

I brewed esper bounce in standard before esper bounce was a thing and I’ve been in love with that play style **and [[Hopeless Nightmare]]** ever since.

Hello, ive been playing my black mages deck at my local pauper tournaments lately (our local meta consists of tolarian terror, couple jund wildfire decks and 2-3 variations of burn, mostly madness and izzet prowess) im looking for good sideboard suggestions as well any good mainboard suggestions to improve the decks speed, the current game plan is pretty simple, make wizard then populate, then burn. The deck has been doing really good, ive been testing it for 2~ weeks so far, it topped its first local and ive played it with others outside of tournament and its been performing pretty well.

Just went to a new local scene, and had a decent time, but struggled against grixis affinity and got my butt handed to be my Izzet scred. I understand these are probably our harder matchups to deal with, but what do you do when going into game two? Hope for the best that your opponent got a bad 7?

First of all, sorry for any writing mistakes, english isn’t my first language.
See it and think of some sort of bounce control deck, maybe play it with white like ephemerate, or green lime avenging hunter or pound prophet, maybe even both?
I really liked simic in bloomburrow with the bounce sinergy, always tried to do something with it, or something on those lines.
I know most of the good creatures today have some ETB trigger, but does it really affect the atrategy?
What do you guys think?

Recently, pauper locals in my area have grown and gotten a lot more competitive. The decks with the most presence are UB fae, Jund Wf, Naya Gates, and Terror. Ponza, Familiars, Bogles, and Turbo Fog are also more present than you may expect.

My current decks are Spy Walls, UB Terror, and BG Gardens. I've done things like add [[Scattershot Archer]] in my Spy SB which has put in some serious work but as someone relatively new to pauper, I'm not as aware of silver bullets or decks with good matchup spreads into metas like these. One current consideration is Jeskai Ephemerate but I am open to basically anything.

I write this in high hopes that someone might know the whereabouts of my deck that went missing after Amsterdam.

The deckbox was a purple "back to earth" boulder with 3 Stickers on them. Each spelling "Frisch gemischt", "Chadz" and "Chad Magic" respectively. It was my favourite deck and at this point im more than heartbroken. I've written a E-Mail to the organizers but hope that someone here might have picked it up.

I could narrow it down that it went missing sunday during a Pauper Win-a-sheet event.
