Genuinely why are people still following this guy?

I’m new to the community and I don’t know how anything works I just want the platinum avatar that comes with it

I got a PS4 for real cheap, but it's on 13.02 firmware, and I don't feel like soldering a bunch of stuff to the board just to downgrade (I know how to solder, but it's just a pain)

Is it possible for me to completely wipe the PS4 down to the factory firmware?
