Sharing a Win - Supportive vibes only You are doing so good
Hello lovelies,
I just want you to know that you are doing SO GOOD.
You've probably gaslit yourself into thinking you suck at everything and that this affliction isn't a full blown disability.
But it is. I've come out the other side after a bilateral oophorectomy. I'm on HRT and ohhh boy, when I tell you how FAST my world begins to crumble when my hormones aren't right.
The other day I was feeling brain fog, weak, like every little thing had just become so hard. I was struggling, no, life had become a struggle. I almost ran my mouth at a customer. Why? Because I'd eaten two slices of an orange that has was the product of a mandarin and a grapefruit cross pollinating and it messed with my medication.
So, my lovelies, if you ever think this is all in your head, or that this isn't a debilitating disorder and that you have not developed the most practiced emotional control that would put a Buddhist monk to shame, then you need to. Because life is on EASY MODE now. PMDD flips it all the way to EXTREME.
I not only have a job, I run a business now, I built a house with my own two hands (in the woods, the desire to escape society never left me). And I don't have bad days anymore unless my meds are off, and I give myself ALL the grace that I never could before, so they aren't even that bad.
You're all amazing, there is light at the end of the tunnel of shit and you are the strongest, wisest and most incredible humans on the planet.
Love you all
