Hello, we have fully moved out and cleaned up, so we are looking for people who would be interested in grabbing this apartment for a short time, or to extend the lease (ends 11/30.)

An older building, but everything works great. Service requests handled quickly, we got a new dishwasher for free shortly after moving in because the one there had an issue.

Shared laundry, but this unit has it's own entry to the laundry room which also connects with a common space and entry to the garage. This makes the garage nice and accessible from the unit.

SE Pine and 30th, great location! Just a few blocks from Laurelhurst park and in the other direction 28th with restaurants and coffee.

You will need to apply to the property management like usual, and we will add you to the lease before removing ourselves from it.
