An older building, but everything works great. Service requests handled quickly, we got a new dishwasher for free shortly after moving in because the one there had an issue.

Shared laundry, but this unit has it's own entry to the laundry room which also connects with a common space and entry to the garage. This makes the garage nice and accessible from the unit.

SE Pine and 30th, great location! Just a few blocks from Laurelhurst park and in the other direction 28th with restaurants and coffee.

You will need to apply to the property management like usual, and we will add you to the lease before removing ourselves from it.

this piece is made in Oregon by Stanton Furniture, it's called the 541 (see links). I love this couch and I desperately do not want to get rid of it but I can't fit the larger half into my current space (booo physics).

No damage, no stains, no smell - I had blankets laid down for daily use to prevent staining or spills. The fabric is a pearly gray (it's beautiful). Most of the pillows pictured aren't included, BUT I have two of the shiny gray ones to give you, and two others that are the same size (but kind of ugly. not pictured, they've been sitting in a closet)

I bought this couch just two years ago for 2500 and it was worth every penny - current retail is ~2k. It's combo foam/feathers and incredibly comfortable. One super chill, non-destructive, potty-trained chihuahua in the home - smoke-free and scent-free! (I don't even wear perfume lol)
