Can you plug a mini fridge into a power strip. I just got my dorm assignment in Weatherford and it's tiny. I can tell the mini fridge will not fit where the only plug in is on my side

Hello! Incoming first-year EcoE student, and I was wondering if any senior engineering students could lend me some knowledge on engineering programs that might be good to get into to make finding an internship out of school easier. I don't want to be unemployed after spending 150k on school. tnx
