Email about Azure Copilot Agent Access.

Many of our clients received an email today -

You’re receiving this notification because you’re associated with one or more Azure tenants that have Azure Copilot enabled.
What's changing
Starting 1 August 2026, Azure Copilot will introduce individual agents with their own General Availability or Public Preview status. The existing Agent mode experience will be replaced with direct access to supported agents.

For tenants that already have Azure Copilot enabled, all Azure Copilot agents, including agents in Public Preview, will be enabled by default.
The tenant-level Azure Copilot access setting will remain the primary control. If Azure Copilot is currently disabled for your tenant, Azure Copilot agents will remain disabled after this change.

As I understand it, this is in regards to what Copilot has access to in Dynamics 365, yes? I honestly am not clear and all the documentation Microsoft provides is... not useful. Most of it marketing. If we just have people with Office 365 Business Basic/STandard, and no Dynamics licenses, does this affect us at all? Do we need to do anything?

Need help getting Authenticator on new phone. Don’t have old phone.

Consistently requires me to access authenticator app to sign in to the authenticator app, which I don't have access to anymore. This is for my personal account.

More Context:
I am still able to access my immediate microsoft accounts via my password. I've been trying to do various things regarding more connectivity and link to phone, where it turns into getting stuck in this loop.
Getting stuck in navigation of where to exactly deactivate/remove my old device from authenticator

Edit: I appreciate all the replies, thank you kind netizens!!

Building a tool to fix email/tenant migrations (O365 ↔ Google Workspace) — what's breaking for you right now?

Working on a new migration tool for moving mailboxes, tenants, and shared drives between platforms like Office 365 and Google Workspace (and open to other directions too).

Before we lock in the feature set, I want to hear from people who've actually done this — whether it's a one-time company migration or you do it regularly for clients.

A few questions if you've got a minute:

What tool(s) have you used (BitTitan, CloudMigrator, native tools, scripts, etc.) and where did they fall short?

What broke most often — permissions, shared calendars, distribution lists, attachments, metadata, delta syncs?

How much manual cleanup did you end up doing after the "automated" migration finished?

If you could wave a wand and fix one thing about migration tools, what would it be?

Not selling anything here — just building something and want it shaped by real pain points instead of guesses. If this is relevant to you, I've got a waitlist for early access/testing — happy to drop the link if anyone's interested, or just reply here with your experience.
