I recently started a whatnot page selling Milwaukee tools. I have a supplier I’m currently using but the discount isn’t enough to make a decent profit on the sales. I’ve tried doing the legwork but I keep hitting dead end after dead end. I know people don’t just want to hand out their sourcing but even a point in the right direction would help immensely. Anybody have anything they’d recommend or even any advice?

The tool drawing card thing finally lets you just type the product code in rather than having to scroll for an hour and still not see what you’re looking for.

I need some kind of track/guide system to help me make straight, long cuts in sheet stock. My saw is an old 2630-20 6.25".

I saw TrueTrac and it looks nice, but I would apparently need to drill holes in the shoe to attach their track plate. I am hoping to find something that just works without turning into another project.

I don't need the most elite stuff, looking for a good value for occasional use. Thanks for any advice you may have.

Okay so I have been on a Milwaukee bender for about a month as it has been a long while since I have added any new Milwaukee tools to my setup. Recently was asked to do some drain maintenance that was plugged up badly with grease and while I am far from being a plumber that I am certainly capable of fixing most plumbing related issues. My most recent fix was a floor drain that had blocked up in the mainline with grease and clearing that with a 1/4” cable hand auger sucked and took me nearly 2 hours to clear and my hands ached badly cranking for so long. Found a local seller on FB (he was a plumber) and was selling a new M18 auger for $500 Canuck bucks. While I certainly don’t have a justified reason to own such a beast that the price for the kit was just too good to pass up. This thing is enormous and gives me “Tim the Toolman Taylor” vibes. The best part about the M18 version of this is they have a brushless motor, it’s “fuel”, and more importantly, it has the auto cable feed capability. Let me tell you that nothing is worse than a homeowner having to handle black sewage water hand feeding a snake in and out of the tool housing. A reality that probably doesn’t phase any pro or even others but for me it’s up there in the “yuck factor”. While I probably won’t be using this tool anytime soon that I am good and ready when the need arises. This tool is one of those things that may get used once every few years and certainly wouldn’t be used on my own home as I know what I can and can’t put down a drain. Fortunately those that have drain problems do hire me to resolve things for them so this tool ONE day, pay for itself.

Unfortunately my saw fell in my work van 2 ft off my toolbox and landed just right to snap the bolt into pieces. Anyone know where I can get parts to fix and replace the broken pieces?

Its in warranty but I do not think this would be covered.

Saw this in store during a Milwaukee event and I scoffed at it until my curiosity got the best of me… didn’t know this was a dual power mode fan so of course in my lack of self control ways, brought this bad boy home. Pretty slick and quiet unit and appears to be quite rugged. Perfect addition to keeping me cool in my rather hot garage while wrenching on cars. Also doubles as a good mosquito repeller as they’re awful where I am at.

looking at a decent portable jump starter. I always have milwaukee batteries on hand but at this price I could buy 3 NOCO gb40s and put one in each of my 3 cars lol.

I'm looking for a small case to use for a traveling toolkit. I really only need my installation driver, driver heads, and random small things, so I don't need a large packout, but I'd like to be able to throw a lock on it.

Looking to get this right angle die grinder for a couple projects but wondering if I could possibly get it cheaper down the road. It’s hackable down to $280 including tax. I won’t need it for a couple months at least so I can wait but wondering if it’s worth holding out for, or if this thing regularly goes cheaper? I like this kit cause it has the exact 2 batteries I’m looking for but I kinda feel like I’m being impulsive. What do ya think? Better deal to be had before winter?

As someone looking into Milwaukee m12 who currently owns Dewalt, do the m12s really feel that much smaller and lighter?

I noticed I often seen people use the bigger m12 batteries which don’t seem that much smaller than some of the Dewalt’s stacked lithium?

Just curious to hear from maybe those who’ve used both. Thanks!

Recently I was on a big job and sweat so much my m18 impact stopped working. I noticed corrosion on one of the terminals where the battery slides in and also worried about damage to the internal electronics. I was already about to send in the m18 flashlight for an unrelated issues. I decided I may as well see if the impact was under warranty and sent them both off.

Flashlight arrived back in a little over a week and I received a phone call the second week stating the impact would cost 90$ to repair or they could recycle it. I told them to just go ahead and send it back. They informed me it would be completely disassembled which was sort of lame.

Once I got it back I simply reassembled it and it was working fine once again with corrosion and all. This makes we wonder what their process was like in identifying the issue and determining the price of the repair. Anyone have any insight?

I’m often crawling through crawl spaces lugging plenty of tools/parts. You always need a light.
The drill is already pretty good. I wish Milwaukee would have a button or setting where it turns on the light. I’d buy another drill. And I already have too many.

I bought my first string trimmer/edger combo several seasons ago. After using the trimmer it started to cut out after about fifteen minutes. I bought another to see if it was a bad motor. Nope, the new one did it too. I took mine apart and drilled multiple holes from 3/8 to 7/8". Didn't want to hit any vital wires. Even after all these vent holes it will still cut off. It is worse when it's hot and humid above 85-90 degrees. I'm in north Texas.

I do not like the guard, so I took mine off. I like the string a little longer. A longer string may be the cause of the over heating. Five inches seems to be a sweet spot. I like it longer. It never cuts off when I use the edger. I use .095 string.

A friend recently bought one too. His also cuts out.

Will this issue be resolved?

As the title says, is there a hard case available for kit 3693-22CX?

Currently invested in both M12 and M18 with plenty of batteries for both. I focus on automotive but have been looking to get into more homeowner use such as a bit of carpentry. Looking to build a bit of shelving at the moment

Would the M12 5-3/8” Circular saw work well for this? I have plenty of M18 batteries as well but there’s not many deals or local marketplace sellers with it, opposed to M12, at least as far as I’m aware. Currently, M12 is listed for 120 new on marketplace orc as of yesterday’s daily deal, 190 with the packout speaker so I’m sure similar will come up.

I know M18 is probably best suited for this, but I haven’t seen many deals which is why I’m considering M12, especially since this is just DIY usage. Thoughts?
