Anyone else having issues getting points for learn song lyrics under explore on bing? Normally don't have any issues with these but tried searching a few different songs with no luck.

I am wondering if skipping a day with streak protection on will reset my puzzle streak (not main streak)? Let's say I'm at day 232 (not real count) and 6/7 days for the search 1 time puzzle/stamp streak, if i skip the next day (the day that should be 233 if i completed the 7/7 for search 1 time streak) will the following day reset my 3 search streak to 0/7 days?

It's the 4th time this stupid shit happens. I complete a weekly streak, get the 100 points bonus but not the goddamn star/puzzle-piece. The only working ones are daily set and mobile login because I do them in the bing app.

Anyone got any idea why my search on edge got to 5 minutes of 30 and won’t update past that point. Prior to today the streak was working on my laptop but not working on my desktop pc and I hadn’t tried it on edge on Xbox series x.

Since it got to the 5 minutes today it won’t work on any of the devices. I have forced close the Xbox items from task manager and cleared all of the cookies etc…but it won’t increase.

Is it likely to fix itself in the next few hours or days or am I likely to not have it working anymore.

All other rewards have tracked correctly today.

Instead, everything feels like it wants you to poke at multiple places until something finally registers. Some days searches track fine, other days they're laggy. Sometimes the app reloads a few times. It leaves you constantly wondering 'did that count,' which is the opposite of relaxing.

Hot take: the program would get better engagement if it was more boring. Give us one simple daily checklist that actually works, with clear progress and no mystery delays. If you want gamification, make it optional, not baked into the basic earning path.

I know some people love maximizing and chasing every point, and that's fine. I just think the current design punishes anyone who wants a predictable routine, which should be the whole point of a rewards program.

https://rewards.bing.com/pointsbreakdown used to bring up the rewards page with the Points Breakdown window open. Ever since the change, the Points Breakdown panel is now on https://rewards.bing.com/earn, but you have to click to open it.

Does anyone know if there is still a way to open that panel directly from a URL?

Been playing on some game pass games for more than the allocated times but no notifications

so i have over 140 thousand points and i live in the usa and have never used a vpn, yet when i try to redeem a amazon gift card it says i am on the go???, yet all the other gift cards work, has this happened to anyone else? btw i agree with everyone the new update is absolute trash because now i can't even find my puzzle pieces to get the 1 thousand points on top of the amazon gift card issue.

When I open the dashboard on chrome it shows that I can make more poits with browsing streak (30 minutes) in edge like on the first image, but when I open it on edge this option doesn't show up and I can't activated. Is that a normal issue?

Hello, good morning. I bought Game Pass Ultimate and have been playing, but then I remembered about Rewards. I’m wondering about the timeframe because it’s been over 72 hours since I subscribed, and it still hasn't registered on Microsoft Rewards.

In the Xbox apps (both mobile and PC), it has already updated, and I can see the quests and everything. However, on the Microsoft Rewards page, neither the 4x points multiplier nor the quest have registered yet, even though it’s been more than 72 hours.

Can you guys help me with this?

Hey guys, ever since the new update I have not been able to see any of the 7-day streak activities on Mobile or PC, such as the daily check-in, search 1 time, etc. I have been using Bing for genuine searches recently and trying to space them out though the day the best I can. My account was not like this before the update so I am not sure if I am restricted or not. How do I fix this?

Random thought: This bothers me so much. Is it just me or does anyone else really hate when the streaks aren’t aligned? I’m trying to devise a plan to get them all aligned without entirely missing a full day of points. I might be weird and OCD.

Don’t get me started on total points not ending in 0 or 5. As you can see, I’m currently sitting at 1,726 and it’s driving me insane. 😖

Symptoms:

• On the Bing mobile app, you’ll see the streak activities flashing before disappearing. You can no longer see the daily check-in there as well.
• You can’t see the puzzle pieces on the desktop sidebar (https://www.bing.com/rewards/panelflyout) or the stamps on the dashboard (they’re the same thing).
• When you open Refer and Earn, the page gives you a 404 (not found) error.
• You may also have a search cooldown and a warning ("Unusual search activity may limit your ability to earn points").

What happened:

Microsoft’s algorithm doesn’t like the way you search, so they take away your ability to earn more points. With the new three-tier system, losing the puzzle pieces means you cannot keep your streak after completing the daily set, and you can’t level up to (or keep) the Gold tier because many level-up missions rely on the puzzle pieces.

What to do:

• Change the way you search. Do genuine searches, spread your searches out, click some web results, avoid using the suggestions, and avoid maxing out your search limit. If done correctly, you’ll get the puzzle pieces back in a few days. You need to search though, otherwise restrictions can’t be lifted automatically.
• If you need to keep your streak/reset the streak protection days, try completing the daily set first, then take screenshots of your streak and streak protection days. When your puzzle pieces return, now you can complain to customer service and ask them to restore your streak/streak protection days. If you try to contact customer service before you get the puzzle pieces back, your ticket might be marked as spam automatically and they might not help you.
