Did anyone else feel completely wiped out by early pregnancy?

I was expecting some nausea and tiredness, but I did not expect my whole day to revolve around trying not to feel sick, having no energy, and feeling exhausted by basic things.

And even when some symptoms ease up, the worry can still stick around. Like if you get a random pain or weird feeling, it is so easy to start wondering if it is normal or if something is wrong.

I feel like morning sickness is often talked about like it is annoying but manageable, but for some people it is way more intense than that.

Was early pregnancy physically harder than you expected too? What part was the worst for you?

Job Offer in the end of pregnancy

I was recently just offered a job for a company I applied to before I was far along in my pregnancy. I am now almost a month away from my due date & they‘ve reached back out with another but different offer. How should I respond ?

Riboflavin (B2) during pregnancy

Has anyone taken 400 mg of vitamin B2 daily during pregnancy for migraines? I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I have been taking 400 mg of b2 daily for about a year or so. Today I had a visit at my doctor and she got paranoid when I told her, she was upset that I didn't tell her earlier and told me that it's too late to stop now since baby's organs are now developed anyway. Anyone has any experience on this one? After the visit I'm feeling awful :///

How much did you save for maternity?

I’ve worked out I’ll have about £600 left a month to pay for food and any other things not including bills. Should I save more? This doesn’t include my partners left over wage after bills.

Current mothers or female students planning for pregnancy, how do you navigate the 4 years?

Anyone who knows anyone in DukeNUS programs that are pregnant or already moms?

I am hesitant to apply for the MD program because I will have to take a career halt and take up a loan for 4 years before a 5 year bond starts.

Current or future moms, how did you plan around this? I was informed that there will not be paid maternity leave for the 4 years.
