This is a list where I posted a creative homebrew using GHoD with Khonshu. I have made some changes to the deck using Valentina instead of Swarm and cut Quinjet for Red Shift. The unit you get from Valentina triggers Gambit without the need for multiple Swarms.

So far the deck has been giving me insane cubes and I have been on a good winning streak. I would love for the deck to be featured on a YT channel someday.

Played about 30 matches so far. All but three have been against doom. Who would have thought that a free 5 power in every lane on turn 2 would be too strong in a mode about lane prioritization??

This current disaster proves more than any other mode before that SD doesn’t even attempt to balance or play test their own game. This was incredibly foreseeable and completely avoidable.

I’m sorry but are they employing literal idiots? I can’t see any other way this happened.

Edit as there seems to be some confusion: my issue is not with doom 2099, if I cared about that I would just run enchantress and rogue and be done with the entire issue. The problem is regular doom’s champion spell card is far too strong for the mode now that they’ve added the sanctum scoring. 5 power in each lane on turn 2 essentially guarantees you 1 point on turn two and 2-6 points on turn 3. Meaning most of the time you’re having to play catch up the whole game if you’re not using doom to open. Sure it plays easily into doom 2099 but that’s manageable. Most of the champions require ramp time to be strong while doom allows you to come out of the gate in the lead.

12 fucking games in a row that were instant retreats because either locations fucked over the deck i'm trying to test out, or ice man hits the ONE card i need him to not hit to not completely ruin my game plan.

For the current event I wanted to tweak Cap's deck, like getting rid of the stupid Quicksilver. However, if I go to make a custom several cards are not allowed, despite being in his deck originally, like Reed Richards. Whats up with that?

Quicksand hasn't even found her footing and already got powercrept by upcoming card release. Even worse, it's also a Series 4 card.

So Iron Man is on the banned card list. I can understand that considering he's a champion by himself but then why the hell is he in the Thanos perbuilt deck? WTF!?

ETA: Also, why the hell hasn't the HERBIE champion variant been a portal pull!? That's easily his best one

I’ve studied this board a bunch of times and I really can’t understand why my Opponent got the Baxter buff when I’m winning the location. Not a new guy, but I’m stumped. What am I missing?

testing out the new scorpion card has been fun. played a lot of games but this one has been the best one by far.

played regular scorpion for affliction and played grandmaster right after. for the following turns i played scorpion BND and my opponent played leader (ouch). final turn i play onslaught and they decided playing odin was a good idea and reactivated leader who in turn copied my onslaught next (oooof). not even the 26 power from those 3 cards could save them. shoulda snapped tbh.

with only 2 cards on the board that were afflicted and with the wonderful choices this player made, they gave me free cubes and were probably banging their head on the nearest hard surface. i rly hope they don’t nerf this card it’s just so satisfying when you get the right draws. 😭

Given he's 2-cost, it would almost always be the same. But this would open up lines with Mystique/Moonstone/Prodigy type of plays to get full protection back with significant enough investment.

So I’m only one card away from being complete, that being jack flag. I was wondering if you recommend me pick him up now or wait. Next months webshop season pass buy will give me him regardless.I only buy the pass and only bought one bundle which was the venom dunking, Only15$.

Can someone help me figure out why Kyln and The Bifrost seemingly have an extra 9 power? It’s not just a visual bug, I did lose this match.

I generally have 4 or 4 decks i typically play including Arishem, Destroy and Empower. Was a huge fan of clog until it was needed. I know CGR is an amazing tech card, but is it worth dropping 6k on?
