might be wishful thinking, as nothing is unbiased anymore!

it’s been over a year now since construction was completed and I’m surprised it’s still empty given the mixture of college students and families in the area. I wonder why no business is renting out space here.

I have a loved one moving to Lawrence soon and want to buy her a gift card to get her nails done somewhere as a treat once she's all moved in. Can you help recommend a place, and/or anywhere to avoid?
