My KashKick account was recently deactivated after an advertising partner reported that I had previously played one of the games before, which is incorrect. Support never told me which game was flagged.
I had previously cashed out successfully in 2024 and recently spent over $40 of my own money on in-game purchases while completing offers.
I did some research and I came across several posts from other users who experienced similar account deactivations after completing multiple casino game offers. Some people suggested the games may be from the same publisher, but I don’t know if that’s actually what happened in my case.
My offers tracked normally, and then my account was terminated. Has anyone else experienced this? Were you ever able to get your account reactivated? This is unacceptable.

As of late, tracking has been a real issue for some deals. It’s 50/50.
This is frustrating when you spend a lot of time reaching milestones or your own money to get deals.

Other sites similar to this usually rule in your favor after showing proof but with KashKick they tend to rule against.

This Mystery town turbo earning didn’t add up credits to the total amount even it’s tracked. The reaching level 30, 50 the support team manually credited for me. How long does it take to receive funds to Venmo for the first time? I have been waiting 19 days.

I requested a payout and the payout never went through and then my account has been placed on hold and I can’t get anyone in chat. This is the 2nd time they have done this to me.

Everything seems to be tracking and rewarding just fine aside from turbo earnings. Says i completed the turbo earning challenges but isn't rewarding them. Is this normal, do the turbo earning just take longer to be credited to your account?

Made the final goal on Sunshine Island early yesterday afternoon. Still hasn't tracked 😭

Just hit a goal on PixelFlow and it tracked immediately.

Wondering how long to give it before contacting customer service. All other goals in that game tracked fine.

I haven't seen this game mentioned anywhere yet so I wanted to recommend it as it has been super easy and it helped me cash out my first $10

Arrows: puzzle escape. SO easy, I did pay the $10 to rid the ads BUT you get it back when it clears, so come July 30th I'll have that $10 back. That being said, getting rid of the ads has helped me speed through the levels. I'm already up to level 175 in 2 days! (I have a new baby and I'm literally stuck sitting around nursing him so I have a lot of time to kill)

I cashed out my $10 and have another $12 waiting to be released ($10 of it being the money I spent to rid the ads).

has anyone had an issue of completing a level and not getting the rewards showing as pending in their account? i’ve been playing phase 10 and almost immediately after completing the challenges i got my reward and it showed as pending in my account. i completed the next challenge this morning, and got an email & push notification that i earned my reward, however it’s not showing under pending in my account under balance.

it’s frustrating that this is the first “larger” reward and now the app is doing this. i found kash kick after a few other similar reward apps started to stop paying out or have issues, and i was really hoping it was different. ☹️

They tracked and went to pending with no issue.

Has anyone had any fraudulent activity on their account (like someone hacked your account and withdrew your available money) and got their money back? I changed my password as soon as I noticed, but my account got hacked and I lost $85. I’m so devastated about it. Has anyone had this and gotten the stolen money back?
