This Mystery town turbo earning didn’t add up credits to the total amount even it’s tracked. The reaching level 30, 50 the support team manually credited for me. But the reaching level 80, the present a different screenshot of mission saying I have to make in app purchase before accomplishing the milestone. Not fair at all. Please help me

How long does it take to receive funds to Venmo for the first time? I have been waiting 19 days.

I requested a payout and the payout never went through and then my account has been placed on hold and I can’t get anyone in chat. This is the 2nd time they have done this to me.

Anyone else’s account put on hold? This happened after I downloaded a new game.

Everything seems to be tracking and rewarding just fine aside from turbo earnings. Says i completed the turbo earning challenges but isn't rewarding them. Is this normal, do the turbo earning just take longer to be credited to your account?

Made the final goal on Sunshine Island early yesterday afternoon. Still hasn't tracked 😭

Just hit a goal on PixelFlow and it tracked immediately.

Wondering how long to give it before contacting customer service. All other goals in that game tracked fine.

I haven't seen this game mentioned anywhere yet so I wanted to recommend it as it has been super easy and it helped me cash out my first $10

Arrows: puzzle escape. SO easy, I did pay the $10 to rid the ads BUT you get it back when it clears, so come July 30th I'll have that $10 back. That being said, getting rid of the ads has helped me speed through the levels. I'm already up to level 175 in 2 days! (I have a new baby and I'm literally stuck sitting around nursing him so I have a lot of time to kill)

I cashed out my $10 and have another $12 waiting to be released ($10 of it being the money I spent to rid the ads).

has anyone had an issue of completing a level and not getting the rewards showing as pending in their account? i’ve been playing phase 10 and almost immediately after completing the challenges i got my reward and it showed as pending in my account. i completed the next challenge this morning, and got an email & push notification that i earned my reward, however it’s not showing under pending in my account under balance.

it’s frustrating that this is the first “larger” reward and now the app is doing this. i found kash kick after a few other similar reward apps started to stop paying out or have issues, and i was really hoping it was different. ☹️

Has anyone had any fraudulent activity on their account (like someone hacked your account and withdrew your available money) and got their money back? I changed my password as soon as I noticed, but my account got hacked and I lost $85. I’m so devastated about it. Has anyone had this and gotten the stolen money back? I know KashKick can only do so much but I’m trying to be hopeful.

Their advertising partner claims I already played a game before, but that is false.

Hi guys, KashKick just terminated my account after I earned about $200 from various promotions on Monopoly Go Over the past month. Once I asked their support desk why it occurred, they started accusing me of breach of service due to their advertising partner claiming I was a bot. After asking what sort of evidence I could provide to remedy, they terminated my account.

Has this happened to anyone else? Aside from touching grass, is there any other recourse or next steps I should take?

I started using kashkick a few months ago and I have a good amount racked up available to withdraw but they closed my account for security reasons as if I was a bot on the site. I’ve contacted support multiple times throughout the past week and they’ve just stopped responding to me. What can I do to fix this????
