House equity vs brokerage growth
Hey all I’m looking at purchasing a home around 500-550k. I have about $240k cash in hand from selling my last house, and have $110k in a brokerage account. My question is if someone can help me break down the pros/cons of two options:
Empty the brokerage to secure a much lower monthly payment by taking a much smaller loan.
Take the larger loan and let the market do its thing until I can pay off the new home that way.
And considerations are welcome. Thanks!

New chapter
26 Australian Male here, I have a bad gambling background but have finally come to my senses with money, I never knew when to stop when I had my big wins and only ever ended up breaking even or down a lot.
I have $110,000 saved as current in my bank account and $5,000 cash. I want to invest as much as possible as I am not to worried about a house deposit for the next few years. What do I invest in? I should be able to invest around $750+ a week plus as much of the $110,000 as recommended. I just don’t know what to invest in. I’ve been looking into IVV, NDQ & VAS.
All help is appreciated.
