I do not know where half of this model comes from, I got it second hand, I did add the bird from some ogre kit and some oathmark orc arms and a poxwalker han, those bits I do know.

I quite enjoyed how she came out, she is kinda horrifying.

Hi, Im working on a ogryn as a heavy weapon member for my inqusitorial agents (instead of the Gun servitor). I have a set of slave ogryns which are very cool, BUT seems very static and hard to convert. For instance ther is not a single right arm/hand(!).

Need inspiration and would welcome any pis of your slave ogryn kitbashes!

My first true couple scenarios campaign, I am by no means new to roleplaying or narrative stuff, but it was sorta first proper one in Inq28. From technical side it's pretty simple, team of four investigators, an Inquisitor of ordo hereticus, an imperial cult fanatic psyker and two naval guardsmen trying to track down a prisoner sent to a prison planet of Borglos-02 for information on a now rogue traitor inquisitor...

First scenario finds our investigators at roadside Bar, where the last lead on the lost prisoner leads, there while interocating the barkeep, they are ambushed by prison enforcers, who seem somehow made aware of the investigation into their prison's dealings...the battle at first goes in favor of the enforcers before strike back from the enranged inquisitor (for daring to take shoots at him) takes out most of the guards and they are interogated before being left for dead in the trash bin.

It seems they been trading prisoners for fixing of some chunks of their prison, as they sold prisoner inquistor is after for a fixed up AC system which lets them survive the devasting heat of the planet...

Tracking down the trail to suspected location of the missing prisoner, our warband infiltrates a small outpost in middle of nowhere, guarded by four servitors, two gun servitors and two combat servitors.
After some sneaking out and swift take out of one of the combat servitors..and failure to take out the gun servitor, alarm is raised.

During the alarm, group quickly dispatches two other servitors, but last one despite nasty leg injury manages to catch one of the naval guardsmen and bury a drill in their face...

In the end, we see tech-priest owner of the outpost make apperance, gloating about it creating superior soldiers and unleashing experiment monster onto the inquisitor before making their escape (Chrono gladiator stats for this one, might do it differently in the future)

Inquisitor's psyker tries to stop the techpriest but fails, letting the mechanic run off after it's own failed shooting back, leaving the monstrous cyborg to take out one of the naval soldiers, wound another, than be taken down by the inquisitor, but not without taking one last shot at the inquisitor, landing a nasty bladed saw blow to their face.....

To the annoyance of inquisitor, the prisoner they were seeking is the very cyborg they slain, and with no mind left to pull information from, and tech-priest gone, they take out an odd experiment, but their investigation is..a failure.

Was told to sling this up here by a few people as it may be another good option for some INQ28 flavoured play.

Have just put together a small trial of a Mordhiem to 40k conversion.

This started mainly as a thing for myself and some mates to play some small scale 40k campaign based skirmish without sort of learning a new 'core' system.

Shadow Wars was just going to be too much (as well as a bit off the mark, Terminators and Grey Knight kill teams certainly increase the 'scale' of the game). We forayed into N17, but not only did that not have the 'death by bottle in back alley' vibe that Mordheim has (hell N17 feels like elite kill teams/navy seals going in to wreck each others face!), Necromunda's are very human-centric and just...vast.

N95 was fine, but again different enough that it would be another game system burning out our collective old man brains.

Thus Mord Hive.

I figured that it may be of some interest to people here as obviously we all love Mordheim. I love the ability to create a small, weird warband that may be a bit off kilter and never evolve into a true army due to the work (Looking at you lizardmen) invovled, but allows a bit of fun or to try something new. As above Necromunda doesn't really do that as it is all/90% humans and is a bit more complicated. So hopefully this can give some gaming groups wanting that 'small 40k but mordheim' feels!

This was very much an attempt to keep the Mordheim/OldHammer feels, with the GW turn of the century art and fluff styles (less is more etc).

I've created a few trial factions, based heavily off of existing Mordheim Factions (Imperial Guard, Orks, Pox Cult, Ordo Hereticus Retainers and a single Forsaken Astartes (Just added Cult of the Four Armed Emperor), this in its nascent form is meant to just use the core Mordheim rulebook, skill sheets and missions. It has new (mainly renamed) equipment, with new weapons that will no doubt require a heap of balance massaging!

Feel free to have a squiz and if you see anything that needs fixing, please yell out, this is very early in its life, but I've at the very least had a lot of fun putting it together and it never hurts getting some fresh sets of eyes on it!

Fun side story, the second guy from the left got dropped outside while varnishing, I didn't notice, but he is born survivor and not only was found unharmed, wasn't even dirty XD

As I watched this, I couldn’t help but notice this is a good plug for Shadow War Armageddon to used as an Inq28 rule set?

I didn't have proper bits, so I improvized, fire warrior body and head, some greenstuff, some bits and arms from few different kits, going for the look of someone who had some self modifications to enter the most dangerous job a water caste can do...to enter the enemy territory and start the fire of an uprising.

Quite happy with the muddy paint job and look of sorta travelling preacher
