I’m having trouble with the tracking number. When I click on it, it says the tracking information isn’t available. Does anyone know which shipping company they used?
My USPS Informed Delivery isn’t showing anything either, so I’m starting to wonder if the package got lost. 😞

I joined an Influenster campaign because it stated I’d receive a 30 ml product.

The campaign required me to show my face in the content, which I usually avoid, but I accepted because I genuinely like the brand and thought the full-size product made it worthwhile.

Instead, I received a 5 ml sample.

There was no mention anywhere that participants would receive a sample instead of the advertised size.

I contacted Influenster, and they replied that it’s normal for some campaigns to send samples and that I should focus on reviewing the product regardless of the quantity.

I understand that some campaigns use samples, but shouldn’t that be disclosed upfront?

I still plan to complete the campaign because I keep my word, but I feel the lack of transparency is unfair.

Am I overreacting? Has this happened to anyone else?

Finally got a product after a dry month or two.

Hi all, I got a broken item and after about 26-28 days of open tickets, I still haven’t got any kind of response. I’ve tried DMing on Instagram, tried making a public Instagram post showing my contact attempts, and finally (last week), I tried to contact the partner brand via Instagram business chat too.

The item arrived 2 days before the campaign ended so it’s now almost a full month overdue and I’m getting no new offers on Influenster—presumably because of this.

Is there any known way to escalate to someone who will actually respond?

Note: I even tried to complete the campaign review + social post showing the broken item and offering to make a new post if someone responded and/or resent the item so I can review it properly—but that got rejected too :(

In 10 years on this site, I’ve never experienced this and I’m just really sad tbh.

The “what best describes your occupation or trade” claims always spark my curiosity because I’m never a match……..and I’m left wondering what it is! 🫣😂 (No, I wasn’t a match again today. 🤷🏼‍♀️) I tried to take screenshots to show all of the occupations listed, but my screenshots were blank when I went to post here. 😵‍💫

Since the (mandatory) switch to Influenster, I've only gotten one offer (a tiny tool box organizer case), but that was about a week after I signed up & completed my profile back in April. Nothing has shipped & no update on it, no new offers, nada. Good while it lasted, I guess.

I’m a day overdue on a product but have not recieved it in the mail, what do I do? I’ve already contacted them. Is there customer service not that great, or just me?

It is a native product which they usually always ask for tiktoks, but here I only see review on influenster but then it has a tiktok note? Has someone accepted something like this? Will it be only influenster? I don’t want more native on my tiktok!!😂

Did anyone get the “How do you tan” survey? Gradual tan, self tanners and bronzers, face make up bronzers, tanning beds, outdoors, or not at all. I use gradual and self tanners as well as makeup but I wasn’t a match with my 3 choices. I’m so curious what it was, bc I thought for sure it would be a self tanner. It was prolly a dag on tanning bed! Oh I’d be so sad! Anyone get it??

What’s the latest time you’ve ever received an Influenster program offer?

I have over 300 reviews on Influenster yet they never sent me any programs… maybe 1 in a month, I’m upset. Does this have to do with followers?
