I’ve been searching for water that’s good for your health but there are mixed opinions. I have an eternal water, a path water and now these. What’s the truth?

Just leave the water in the freezer next to sugar water, when the sugar water is frozen, carefully take out the water, good lord you will be blessed with some cold crisp water, perfect for the 3am hydration run

Hey guys, not sure if this is a good place for this question, but I have been doing some looking into sports drinks.

I work for UPS in 100 degree heat and plain old water doesn't cut it.

I have heard that things like Gatorade, Poweade etc may not be the best for you due to addsd sugars and whatnot but I am looking for something very convenient.

I like that Poweade has vitamins and more electrolytes than Gatorade but I am not a huge fan of the HFCS thing.

I don't want sugar spikes. I don't need a big high followed by a lull. That doesn't work in this job.

I recently came across Gatorlyte and have enjoyed it, although I don't really know how healthy it is.

I am not looking to make my own drink.

For someone who sweats a lot, drinks 100oz or more water a day, and does heavy lifting, while walking over 20,000 steps, can you guys recommend something to drink?

I would probably prefer packet or pouch type thing than a bottle.
