Im feelin’ the flow more and more every day. My friends and people walking by give me a lot of props on my improvement, but I’m looking for some Hooper to Hooper advice!

bigger hoop move recommendations

Hi I recently got into hooping and I got a beginner weighted hula hoop which I do love very much, but sometimes I worry it was a mistake to do so. A lot of moves that I see seem to use a smaller hoop and mine is 38”. It’s definitely too large for me to do wedgies and it’s a bit heavy for isolations. I’m working on going from waist to lasso and leg hooping, but I’m not really sure what else I can do with it

Are there any recommendations for tricks, moves, or transitions that I could do with a bigger hoop?
