I posted a few days ago about a rough balayage job I got at a beauty school. The school reached out and let me come back for a free correction from a more experienced student, and it thankfully went great! I’m honestly impressed with how well they were able to fix it up and thankful I didn’t have to spend another $200+ at another salon.

Hi guys! I'm looking for some ways to get 2A hair pin straight without hot tools (regular blow dryer is okay).

So far when I've tried, I end up with frizzy triangle-shaped hair. I've had the most success using a blow dryer with a comb attachment and drying on high heat.

Before anyone gets on me for this, no I do not want to embrace my natural texture. I've tried wavy/curly hair routines and I don't like my hair wavy. I want it as pin straight as possible.

Exactly the title, pretty please help me out on how to recover from this. I’m already getting a haircut but this is the worst it’s ever been

Hi all! I just recently went and got my hair don’t by someone, and they are not the topic of this post cause they did absolutely amazing on my hair. This post is about my former stylist. When I went to get my hair done this past Sunday, my new stylist (I’ll call them M) informed me that I had pretty bad bleach damage, which I had no clue about. My last stylist (I’ll call her J) didn’t tell me that she had caused bleach damage in my hair, but besides that, she also put me under a hair dryer with bleach in my
Hair,,which M told me was illegal in the state we live in. I’ve been weighing this for the past few days, on if I should or shouldn’t leave a review about J, so other people are warned about what they may get into with her. Pics of my hair above (before & after!)

i’m pretty new to styling my hair, i was aggressively against girly things most of my life so i never really learned how to do hair or makeup. i’ve recently learned how to give myself a blowout and do some decent curls, but now im facing the issue of it seeming a little rigid and frizzy. i have pretty thin hair so im not sure what my best move would be. i’m afraid to add too much anti frizz or more oil because it weighs down my hair so much!

I feel like my head looks flat from the side/back and I'm not sure if it's just the shape of my head or a styling/haircut issue. I've wondered if it could be just the length my hair is at, the layering, or even my posture or something, but I feel like it just might be the shape of my head, which is visible in pic 2 with my hair wet. Would love any help or opinions, I always wear it up in a clip because of how it looks when its down 😢

does anyone know why my hair is doing this? i also want to clarify that its bent close to the base not the end

Has anyone tried hairstrong bands? My algorithm keeps pushing it on me and I'm on the fence because it's pretty expensive for a singular hair tie (ranges from $20-$39 depending on thickness)

I have thick, glossy hair, and tend to get tension headaches from tight ponytails (too loose, and the hair tie slides right off). I'm willing to spend if it's worth it; I've bought the similarly-priced Mello claw clips and liked them enough for a repurchase when I lost mine. I wanna know if it does stay put all day without needing to readjust often, and if it pulls tight on the scalp. And of course, if it's durable.

I gave this reference for bangs and money peice area and this is what I got. I want to cry.
