My name is ben, in GBC i go by fish narc. I've never been involved with the community here and never posted on reddit before, but Wicca encouraged me so I wanted to start now :)

thank you all for the love over the years! I wanna let people know about what i've been up to lately and open it to any music-related questions ppl may have.

As some know, I've been mostly focused on writing my own music for the last few years. There've been a few twists and turns but I'm in a good spot and have been writing and playing songs that I really like with my band, the fish narc band.

I've made 5 records of songs my own songs

We're touring the west coast next month, and I'd love if some GBC community people made it to the shows. I'm posting the flyer and a band photo that Nedarb took for us.

doves is so underrated, i know he does a bit on bandcamp but i mean spotify and apple music. his bio on spotify says it doesn’t benefit him at all since he’s small, it’s crazy he only has 15-30k monthly listeners considering he has a song with peep (and the best verse on it.) and i wish we had ultraclub4k on spotify offically and not local files.

I used to have the Wicca Phase Discography I don't know how I don't have a backup of it... but I don't which is so unfortunate. I liked having all that shit on my music app on my phone for easy access.

Was wondering if anyone had the zip file or anything like that? Or know a good souncloud playlist that is thorough or literally anything where it is a full collection (especially of stuff released that is not on Spotify, as I am totally fine with using Spotify for anything that is on there already)

does anyone have videos of all or most of doves and horsehead set anywhere from the secret boy show on 07/02? i’ve only seen 2 songs from horsehead anywhere and none from doves posted

The album was released officially on 07/12/2019, but that's okay. It was my favourite album during that days "before pandemic quarantine", the first single was Eyes with Music Video (that isn't available anymore, IDK why they shutdown that video, it was amazing). I really think that "that period" killed the return of pop-punk.

Almost all tracks were composed by Cold & YAWS, except the last song, "Look At Us Now" that is a cover of "Look At Us", by Sarina Paris, it's basically a adaptation of a Eurodance song to a pop-punk.

Their recent projects are amazing too, 2017 is a classic, but let's be honest, GMCW was the beginning of this "new era" for Coldy, YAWNS, Horse & Wicca (Tracy when returned to GBC for a time was doing something different than the habitual), it's a shame that that virus stopped this movement.

I noticed that project came down a while ago and it’s some of my favorite acoustic work from him, did he ever say why it was taken down from Spotify?

They directed and shot some early, early GBC members and affiliates music videos, such as "Come Around" by Peep, couple songs from Brennan Savage like "Look at me Now" Ghostemane, probably more too.

Anyone have any more info on them, any story they could share? Barely anything online it seems. I just know it consisted of Legacy Francois and Jon Francois.

Ive seen wicca maybe 12 times now but I just wanted to say last nights show was maybe the best concert Ive ever been to. I have post concert sadness. The crowd was great too everyone was vibing and having fun. Got thrown in the mosh pit a bit and have a few bruises today. So happy to hear some songs Ive never heard live before from Wicca. Car underwater was sick as hell too. I bought their cd. Also unrelated but im so down bad for copes

I can’t get over last night’s show at 1720 in la, ca. it was kinda insane to think that secret boy came out when I was 19… it still hits the same, if not just a little harder now that I’m older and I could look back at those feelings of being a drama queen lol. it was just so surreal to hear some of these songs live. I will say, I wish more people either knew the lyrics or idk maybe just stood in the back if they were just gonna stand there and do nothing. Either way, I didn’t let it kill my vibe, I sang my heart out and was so happy to be there. I just about levitated when he sang Scars on Me. I shed a tear when I heard Like I’m Tom May!!!! Thanks Adam!!!!!!!!!!
