Finally I got this thing on GME, Superstonk, Spielstopp and other subs.
I‘m very happy!!

Took my little apes to this brand new retro game shop in Long Beach! CA!

They had a TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLE pin ball game! and a POKEMON pin ball game!

The kids had a blast!

Then we wandered around the store and I discovered comic books on the bottom shelf at the back of the game shop!

Is this something Gamestop would do?

It was fun! The kids really enjoyed the experience!

So I have a question for everyone and this question is strictly for Utah for the Clinton location. Does anybody know why the GameStop in Clinton is no longer available at that location and why they're only available in Layton and Riverdale thank you.

Jeff Bezos said his commercial endeavors would do more for humanity than any philanthropic endeavor.

It's hard to argue with that.

Philanthropy is important. But when you think about improving the lives of hundreds of millions (if not billions) of people over time, you do that commercially.

You can see it in the development of countries. When countries rely on philanthropy, you can have issues. When countries have thriving economies, that's how you really uplift everyone.

You see it in the GDP growth of China, the economic growth of the US, and the contrast with countries that have been more challenged.

The end goal is to lift a broad population into a better standard of living. That's best done through commercial innovation.

Philanthropy plays an important role - a huge role. But a more targeted one in terms of overall impact.

Both matter. But if you want to move the needle at scale, build something.

I realize today that after all this time, I really knew nothing about synthetic options. Shorts have been really hiding in these perpetually rolling them for five years, they are way further underwater than I thought and I knew they were fucked. Just take a look at GMU perspective and what they are paying for their synthetic positions that are wrong. The shorts are even worse.

Buy anyway of course this drove me down a rabbit hole as almost everything seems to do.

I learned a thing or two and it happened to align with something pretty significant that I’ve been watching for further evidence of.

GameStop might be a lot closer to @eBay ownership than we realize.

Just a reminder that Ryan Cohen lobbies for share buybacks in his investments when the price is lower than he thinks it should be. He lobbied for $60b in buybacks for Alibaba.

Why did he buy shares personally but not use the company’s balance sheet to execute the same?

It feels like he wants the price to be low for some reason. Hard to make sense of it.

Holy shit this dude been doing this almost everyday as if it would contribute anything to Gamestop or the stock itself, every single stock on the market has shorts, naked shorts, illegal shorts or however the fuck you name your imaginary enemies BUT the stock will still go up if the company does well enough, yall act like every bad person in the world wakes up in the morning and the first thing they have in mind is fucking Gamestop.
