Was watching a JuiceHead video and saw this gun that looked cool. What mod is it?

I'm running a test profile on Vortex with the BTB and accompanying fixes and am getting some wierd issues with floating roads, colliding textures etc. (See photos for examples) Not sure if something changed with the topology of some of the worldspace outside the vanilla borders or what. Thought maybe someone would know, otherwise I'm going to skip this mod, my fps tanks in some areas so just not worth it. Plus I'm new to looking at these mods with FO4edit, so i could look but not 100% sure what I'm looking at just yet. Also pictured are the mods that are actually enable and making edits.

Interested more in new mechanics than just outright difficulty. There are lots of mods for that already

I've been trying to install the Ground Zero Wabbajack modlist (by ScreamingLake / the old Fallout 4 Experiences team) and it's stuck on one missing archive: ENBSeries v0.489 for Fallout 4.

The thing is Fallout 4 Experiences shut down their site and support back in April 2024, and Wabbajack's own CDN mirror for this file (authored-files.wabbajack.org) is now returning "not found" too. ENBDev's site only hosts the current version (0.501), so the old download page redirects to a bot-check page instead of the file. If anyone has this sitting in an old downloads folder, has a working mirror, or knows a source that still has archived ENB versions for Fallout 4, I'd really appreciate a link. Even just the two binaries (d3d11.dll and d3dcompiler_46e.dll) from that specific build would probably do it, since that's usually all a preset actually needs.
