Hello I need some advice or ideas for a base.
After I’ve settled, finally, for a scheme.(doing a mix of fletchers from TT and my own) I need some ideas for basing.

Did some "veteran" noise marines with a little more blessings from slaanesh. Still need a 6th to finish the squad, but these were a lot of fun painting.

The detachment that ONLY works if you KILL units, has Purge swapped with Priority.

Purge had the second worst Win Rate anyway, in case you didn't know: just look here.

Yes it was the most picked, but from the data and just by playing a few matches it's clear that Purge is in no way "broken", what truly is broken is something like Necrons with Take and Hold on 3 WHOLE DETACHMENTS.

Take and Hold is the strongest and simplest force disposition, and it's shown by it having the highest Win Rate of all. And on something like Necrons with their near unkillable blobs is insane. But that doesn't get punished, instead Coterie does. The detachment which doesn't even work if you don't kill stuff.

EDIT: I am reading everyone's feedback, and I gotta say there are some interesting points. I guess my main gripe was a sinergy and flavour thing. I said from the beginning that Purge is not the strongest disposition in any way, though.

Pros: Actual shooting? Praise Slaanesh! A real Swiss Army knife of shooting and can even be built for decent melee

Cons: 10th edition Defilers were so good that I feel kinda bad using it.

Glad i only need one for kill team tho, he was the hatdest one yet.

I can't wait to storm in across the map like a bladed warhead turn 1 on the first thing that displease me.

Unpopular opinion: i always played Fulgrim since the beginning of the EC (but never posted it) and i always loved his rules. Yes, they may be not so great compared to the other primarchs but damn, when he gets in melee (and he gets) he straight up tear apart even multiple targets! I don't play competitive, but even in the few tournaments i played this man did his job!

Hi everyone, I’ve finally finished my infiltrating, sniping Tormentors. That means my Battleline units are complete. Yeah!

If i shade, it would be with Druchii violet to match my flawless blades skin, which would make it a little purple. What y’all think??

Almost at 3x with everything, did some tormentors and infractors with spare legionaries and the last Flawless Blades i needed with the Havocs. Also Daemon Prince bonus looking at his buddies.

I’ve always wanted to collect them but have always been put off because everyone says that chaos sucks at painting because of trim so how do they compare to the other chaos factions?

Pros: Can run around and sit on objectives

Cons: I find the often get blown to pieces quite quickly

Got a murderwing and I’m still debating between doing my EC scheme or making them NL/bleeding eyes.

I’m probably going to do a bit of Slaanesh influence anyways. However I am still extremely conflicted. I’m leaning towards EC as I don’t have the paints for NLs nor a scheme yet.

should i cut off the slope of the lascannon barrel to make it look more like and autocannon or should i keep the slope?

I am currently struggling a little but I love warhammer, i have for ages, but gw is far too pricey. Do does anyone know any sites or discord groups

Tried some enamels and sponging on this dude. Pretty pumped

I know that in 10th that was a thing but for 11th you have to be base to base to engage in order to fight but I was wondering if the rule about this still brings the possibility of fighting through walls or has this not been a problem.
