My niece is starting at Duquesne next semester and will be living on campus while rowing on the crew team. I went to school in Pittsburgh 25 years ago and loved it, so I couldn’t be more excited for her and an excuse to visit the city more often.

What I’m wondering, from the experience of people who went to Duquesne and lived on campus, what’s that one item or service that you wish you had or known about freshman year? Her birthday is right around the start of the semester so I’d love to give her a gift I know she’ll use and appreciate.
