It might take me longer than the usual 2 years for the program I am considering, but I would still want to remain on the Drexel health insurance. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Any affordable off campus housing you guys recommend? I’m a nursing major so I need to be near the health science building

Hewo,
Does anyone know where we could look for student worker opportunities during summer term, because it’s the term of transition where the work study for last year ended but new one haven’t come out.
I’m also curious if we could still be doing student worker on campus during the six month full time coop period.
Thanks!

With so many students and visitors walking around campus every day, I've wondered what happens if someone is seriously injured because a property owner failed to fix an obvious hazard.
I recently came across information from Philly Slip and Fall Guys about premises liability in Pennsylvania, and it made me curious how these situations are handled when they happen near universities.
Has anyone around Drexel experienced something like this or known someone who has?

Hey guys, how the heck do yall use ur alumni cards? I got mine through email and it said we can print it out. But how do yall get on campus and stuff? like getting into buildings.
I wont be around campus much anymore and I would like to know whenever I'm back.

Hi Dragons,
Has anyone interviewed with Penn Medicine, Scout Robotics, or Wills Eye Hospital through Drexel Co-op?
I have upcoming interviews and would love to hear about your experience, especially the interview format and questions.
Thanks!

Hi everyone,
I have an interview coming up for a System Administrator Co-op position at Berkely Technology Services, and I was wondering if anyone here has interviewed with them before or knows what the interview process is like.
I'd really appreciate any insights on:
What kind of technical questions they might ask
Any behavioral or situational questions to expect
Topics I should review beforehand
Any tips or advice for doing well in the interview
Thank you!

Hi everyone! I have a self-recorded video interview coming up for the Comcast Information Systems Co-op, and I was wondering if anyone has gone through it before. Does anyone know what kind of questions they ask? Are they similar to the Round A questions, or are they completely different? If you've taken it already, I'd really appreciate it if you could share any questions or advice. Thanks in advance!

I am currently looking into changing my major from CS to either Data Science or Econ and Data Science. How do you manage the co-op situation when you change after the first year? If you've made a similar switch, how did it affect your co-op timeline? Were you still able to stay on track for co-op, or did changing majors delay anything?
Any advice or things you wish you had known beforehand would be appreciated.
Yo does anyone have any pictures of the x08 suite in race hall? (Not x17 or x14) I've genuinely scoured the Internet and I only have the layout and nothing else. Or is it just not real

HI, I'm an incoming freshman (using someone else's account, I don't have my own). I have a few questions about what I will need for my dorm. I will be in Kelly Hall.
What are the mattresses like (firm/soft)? Should I get a mattress topper or mattress protector?
Is it easy to adjust the temperature in the room? Would a fan be useful?
Do most people rent the fridge/microwave, or buy their own?
Can I have a toaster oven in my room? What about other cooking gadgets like a sandwich maker or kettle?
Is there cooking equipment (pots/pans/knives, etc.) in the kitchens, or do you need to bring your own if you want to cook anything?
Can I ship bigger items to the dorm before move-in day?

Hi! Returning student, but I forgot how it worked last year, and now I'm moving from dorm to suite. I don't have any roommates planned, so how exactly do I do it? Do I just select an empty room, select an empty suite, or do I just slot myself in wherever I can fit?

hi. the fall quarter is starting somewhat soon, and welcome week starting right before. I am beginning to collect a list of everything I need to bring. If anyone has a list of stuff they brought with them for their first year, or recommendations of things that you wouldn't typically think of please let me know. feel free to reply on this post so others can check out the list, or message me if you'd rather do that. i dont want to overpack but i definetly want to be prepared, im from the hershey area so im used to the pa weather. and i will be in kelly hall if that helps at all, i planned on renting the microfridge unit with my roommate.
thank you to whoever helps me out and if anyone wants to be friends send me a message

Im a sophomore that just accepted a co-op located in the Navy Yard and I’m looking for other students who will be commuting there with a car. I’m more than happy to contribute financially towards gas and parking so if you’re someone who’s working in the navy yard or in that general area please reach out!

For the next year, the united healthcare plan costs more, has higher deductible and is only for 11 months :(

Hi everyone! I'm a Drexel student working on a class project about off-campus housing experiences. I'm curious about your own experience.
How did you decide whether a landlord was trustworthy?
What was the hardest part of finding off-campus housing?
Looking back, what do you wish you had known before signing your lease?
Thank you!

Hey guys,
I’m an incoming CS freshman and just got my housing exemption approved. Looking for 1–2 guys to team up with, find an apartment near campus (hopefully around Powelton Village), and split the rent. My budget is around $500–$700/month.
About me: I’m clean, quiet, and respect personal space. I don't drink, smoke, or party, so definitely looking for a similar quiet and sober vibe.
I’d love to find other Muslim students so we can keep a halal kitchen and coordinate around prayer times, but honestly, I’m totally down to live with anyone who is clean, respectful, and chill.
If you’re looking for a roommate or have an open spot in your apartment, hit me up in the DMs! Let's chat.
