Help me decide which job to choose?
I currently work for a Community Based Organization that deals with HIV Prevention efforts and assists with case management for people living with HIV.
Job A (Current Job): it’s been perhaps the best job I’ve ever had, but it is not stimulating at all. My duties are repetitive, boring with no real impact to prevention efforts.
Pros:
• Autonomy
• Plenty of Down time
• Relaxed management style. No micromanagement.
• Great coworkers. I really like the people I work with.
Cons:
• Boring!
• hardly any impact to HIV prevention efforts
• I don’t find it meaningful
Job B (New Job Offer): I was offered a job with the local health department as a disease investigator. Still in HIV prevention efforts, and it is an entry level Epidemiology appointment. This is a job I had been seeking for a long time.
Pros:
• Stimulating. Mixture or office work, filed visits, partner contract tracing, providing testing and resources to people potentially exposed to HIV. No two days are the same.
• high impact to local HIV/STI prevention efforts
• Rewarding and stimulating
Cons:
•Rigid management style
• Bloated Bureaucracy job
• Unknown culture or coworkers
PLEASE HELP ME DECIDE! BOTH JOBS HAVE THE EXACT SAME COMPENSATION.

B) Replace/add furniture first
What would you choose?

Should I buy a matte black phone case or a clear transparent one?
I am upgrading my phone case and can not make up my mind between these two options. The clear case looks great because it shows off the original phone color but it usually turns yellowish after a few months. On the other hand the matte black case looks super sleek and does not get dirty easily but it completely hides the phones color.

Should I throw away this old hoverboard or try to salvage it?
Quite an old one I was gifted a loong time ago, but it turns out the internal battery is likely fried, or just won't charge, should I try and fix it, sell it (some how?), or just trash it and buy a new one when possible (they are quite pricey 😓😓

What fabric goes best with these buttons?
Both are indigo fabrics, so they'll fade to become lighter with time. The more textured one is called a waffle weave, the other is a twill weave. I'll be using the fabric to sew a button-up shirt, but only have enough buttons for one.

Hurricane harbour in nj or american dream mall waterpark?
Ok I am taking myself and my 2 kids to the waterpark. I am driving from the south bronx. I am between hurrican harbour in nj and the waterpark at the american dream mall. Hurrican harbour is overall cheaper but its a 2 hour drive each way so 4 total and know if I’ll be too tired to safely drive back. American dream is only 30-45 mins away but is much more expensive. Which should I go to? I have been to both in the past.

What is the better idea? 33M meeting gfs 30F bestie and i proposed she meet my best friend too. Better for the 4 of us to meet up same night or better to do a party of 3?
I’m wondering if it would be less pressure for everyone if I met her best friend and she meets my friend all one the same night.

Should I repaint my room or keep it the way it is?
I have been staring at the same neutral colored walls for years and part of me wants a change. I am thinking about repainting the room in a darker color (like sage green or navy blue) to make it feel more cozy, but I am worried I will regret it and miss the bright, simple look.
Repainting would take time and money, so I only want to do it if it's really worth it.
What would you do? Repaint it with a new color or Keep the neutral walls.
