Ive recently gotten into the daredevil fandom and seeing the lack of an animated show ive decided to step up. As an animator myself this shouldnt be hard, right? well since its 3d i need to learn blender. Ive found meshes, models, everything i need but rigging it is a PITA. So please support me on my journey to animating my new favorite superhero by telling me what scenes i should animate and possibly help me too! it dosent really have a 90's theme to it, but im planning on giving it my own style. Please give me any tips you have as it could help me go one step further on doing something for myself and the daredevil fandom. I dont care if ill be monetized over this i just wanna make a daredevil series.

In one episode of the Born Again series there's a scene where a guy has to match a key to a lock in a bank vault. He says the number is worn out but he can vaguely see a 4. In the next shot he's putting the key into a keyhole under a label that says 383... a number... that doesn't have a 4...

I adore these two characters and thought I’d draw them together!!

Been working on this over the last couple of months and finally got my hands on all of bendis/maleev. I’m not really sure where in the continuity the 3 smaller tpbs go. (Soule mini TPBs not pictured). I’m a little disappointed that it’s the marvel logo not matching the rest of the books for the bendis/maleev but am very happy with these and am looking forward to reading them. (I have only read the Soule books so far)

Hi, I'm new to superhero comics as a whole, so I don't know much about comic book printing/shipping and that whole corner of things. The most I've read before this is Absolute Batman, but after hearing really good things about the Daredevil runs, I want to get into them as well. A week or two ago I decided I wanted to order Chip Zdarsky's first Daredevil Omnibus from my local bookstore. After checking in with them again today, they said that according to their ordering company, the book is on back order/Out of Print at the moment.

So I went home and checked Amazon as well, and the quickest shipping of the first Omnibus from there is early September, a little over a month from now.

And as a final check, I called one of the bigger comic book stores a little under an hour from me that I haven't visited yet to see if they have it in stock, but they don't either.

I'm just wondering if there is more information as to why this has happened? Is it as simple as the book being bought so much that they're out of stock for now? Or is it that it's so many pages it's hard to print? Or something else I don't know about?

Thank you for any and all of your input, and for now, I'm thinking of picking up the Cold Day In Hell run that I saw in another local comic store. I've heard good things about that too. Thank you again!

I totally get that Matt is a hero that doesn't kill and trust in the system (as much as possible), and that he sacrificed himself to end the vicious circle of violence between him and Fisk.

Even so, Matt being arrested and Kingpin getting away with all the murders, kidnapping and pain he caused feels... Wrong. If Fisk was surrounded, the truth about him was revealed, the whole population AND the state government were against him, why the fuck he got such a deal that just let him walk away?

I see there's a point in just wanting him as far away as possible, and that he already lost Vanessa and losing power is the biggest loss for him. Still don't agree, he should be in jail for life for real justice, if there's such a thing.

And what about his task force psycho officers such as Powell? Or his killer-on-demand Buck? They should be prosecuted and arrested as well, or everyone will just forget they were freely beating, kidnapping and murdering people on the streets?

I get not killing Fisk, it's just who Matt is, but just letting he go away and do whatever violent act he wants anywhere other than NYC doesn't feel like justice.

So many people Fisk violently killed with his bare hands that were quickly forgotten, such as commissioner Galo or the poor doctor that tried to save Vanessa's life, and the list goes on... I don't feel justice was served, not even near it.

Making a quick post to say I am beyond impressed with season 1 I liked it way more than I ever thought I would I can’t believe I put off watching this show for so many years.

The writing is honestly incredible especially when it comes to Matt Foggy Karen and Fisk I honestly felt bad for Fisk at so many times just for him to do something and make me hate him on the characters behalf but even the side characters are written well, I had tears in my eyes more often than not from episode 9 and forward (RIP Mrs Cardenas and Ben) I really hope the other seasons are just as good.

Could someone recommend me a good comic run for someone new to the character?
