From what heard from one of my friends, a former prisoner who had been released from prison and was on parole at one point before successfully completing it, one of the conditions that former convicts like Daniel are required to do while on parole after leaving prison is to get and hold a lawful job or be enrolled in vocational training/school during his two years of supervised release. The only way Daniel can avoid this is if he is deemed "too severely disabled" to work by a doctor, which is almost impossible to do given how Daniel was deemed "competent to stand trial" and diagnosed with level 1 ASD...which in the eyes of the law means he is capable of holding down a job.

So what jobs is daniel capable of doing for 2 years given how his last job was working at a thrift store in 2020? Given his long history of refusing to follow the rules, stick to a schedule, and getting angry easily, what job would he best suited for?

Given how Daniel's SSI money was cut off from him during his 2 year stint in prison, that means he now needs money for food, medicine, clothes, phone bill, and uber rides given how Daniel would need to fill out a new SSI application as SSI payments are removed from a person if they are incarcerated in jail for longer than 12 months.

I think everybody is getting over excited about Daniel coming back online to post.

It's nothing to really get excited about. His internet access will be monitored, he is required to take his medication, He's also going to have to follow rules of his housing and caregiver.

So, if anyone thinks Daniel is going to go back to what it was before, sorry to say, not happening. Unless he wants to violate parole/probation and go back to prison.

Just a reminder to anyone reading this, Daniel's currently under adult guardianship (which is notoriously hard to get out of) by a lawyer named Chad Oxman, so even if he completes whatever parole is set for him, he'll probably STILL not be allowed by his guardian to be on the internet ever again, especially after that last court hearing. Additionally, the court is monitoring any and all attempts to contact him. He can’t even go outside the group home without being chaperoned the entire time. It might be GGs

The guy has stated it multiple times that he watches cp, he send nudes to random people and dont get me started on his printrest.
