Daniel even said that mcdougle questioned him about it, yet as far as i know he was never charged for anything cp related. If im wrong feel free to correct me im just baffled

1: You can’t be charged with a crime you didn’t do even if you confessed.

2: You cannot find CP on Google. Though perhaps some people can, I doubt Daniel knows how to.

It was beyond normal pics of kids. His search history includes him searching for “kids wetting/pooping the bed.” He also searched for “kids naked.” These are not ‘normal pics’ of kids. I remember his camera roll being gone through and there were many pics of kids in very suggestive poses/not wearing much etc.

actually Friendly-Mind yes daniel could have found it given if he wanted to given how US Marine Private Joshua Fry was arrested for possession of CP on his phone and for AWOL despite being diagnosed with an IQ of 70 by his doctor...which is two points lower than Daniel's iq of 72

they probably couldn't find proof of him possessing anything. He can say he likes it, watches it, or wants some all he wants and unfortunately that's not illegal to say, it's illegal to possess or sell any CSAM, so he must not have actively had any on his devices nor found any online.

Unless he downloaded the material or distributed it there’s not really anything he can be charged on. This problem is so huge and severe it’s impossible for them to catch everyone, so they spend their resources on the big dogs that make/distribute it

Danial said things that gets reactions from people. The reason the CP stuff is so harped on is because it gives people an excuse for all the absolutely morbid and fucked up things they wish upon him. There is no evidence he’s actually watched CP. Never has been. Is Daniel a troubled individual? Absolutely. The CP stuff was just ran with because people want an excuse to fuck with an extremely mentally handicapped individual. It’s crazy. Lol

Did the police ever check his phone and electronics to see if he had CP on his phone...I think they did as McDougle would be legally required by law to report this as a mandatory reporter
