was cruising around on the highway 5th/6th gear, i started coming down into town, downshifted a few times over a period of slowing down. Im going pass a bridge and i hear this extremely loud noise and i just thought it was the car behind me and i was like “that’s me?” 😂

Doesn't appear to be the rear end as that was replaced during the original recall. Any help on what this may be would be appreciated

Air Conditioner Evaporator 2017 Cadillac XTS

I am replacing the A/C evaporator on my 2017 Cadillac XTS Car has 95,300 miles on it. Debate was whether to run it through another New England winter before selling it and buying a new car in Florida when I move next year. I decided to get the thing fixed. Quoted at least $2100. I like the car too much to get rid of it. It's red, I love the size of it and it rides like a dream.

Has anyone else had this fix done? What did it cost? How were the results? Thanks

Opinions on Used 2015 ATS 2.0T Sedan

I’ve been offered a used 2015 ATS 2.0T sedan by a family member who has taken great care of the car. Mileage is 75k and diff/transmission fluids have just been changed. Regular oil changes, new rotors and pads as well as some suspension work was done on the car. I’ve been offered to buy it for $10k which sounds like a steal for this type of car, but scared by any crazy turbo/transmission repairs I would have to make in the future. Honestly, my plan is to purchase, drive it for a few years, and sell it. Right now I’m better off without a car note, and the money I’d be using to purchase I received following an accident where my previous vehicle was totaled. Any opinions/thoughts would be appreciated.
