Its unironically ruining great maps with how oppressive it can be. As someone who frequently is on both ends of it those rockets need to be removed or nerfed its just too good
Tsuru reef conquest is ridiculous that me an average player can go 60+ every time I get it and its basically not changed since introduction
Contaminated, Manhattan bridge, mirrak valley so many maps where its just oppressive to not only infantry but other air vehicles
Edit: you guys must be playing lobbies with bots Genuinely none of you are living in reality or your just farming kills

IMHO that maps size should be the new baseline for future maps, maybe +/- 25% in size but nothing more.
We have enough of small to medium maps. Now we need to fill the game up with some bigger ones.
This will make the map pool really varied and fun to play through.
Thank you DICE for making a great map.
Keep on keeping on.

They really blue balled us with this update, the cinematic has battleships, aircraft carriers, and more content overall than what we got. The first thing you see when you log in is "Season 4 hits the shores" with an aircraft carrier and an F/A-18, serious letdown and they're just rubbing the already developed content in our face while we're waiting almost a month for it. Pisses me off. Just release everything all at once like bf4, get rid of your 3 Season stage slow burn no fix bug infested blue balling content lacking ass underwhelming mildly disappointing half baked bullshit. It doesn't sustain replayability to operate at a turtle's pace, it feels like nothing changes instead of small changes feeling like a big impact.

Whoever tested patrol boats in Labs should be never ever allowed to test stuff in next Labs. I've never seen a horrible vehicle gameplay like this in my life.
Guys, PATROL BOATS ARE DESIGNED HILARIOUSLY BAD.
This thing handles so badly. Movement is so heavy and sluggish, maneuvrability is abysmal. This dynamic wave thing makes things even worse. %50 of your time with patrol boats is just about fighting against waves.
Cannon is bad. Spread is hilariously high and again dynamic waves making aiming even worse. You can't even aim properly and by the time you stabilized your aim its just too late.
Every single thing damages you and melts down your HP so fast. Transport helicopters and Little Birds literally need 1 run ( 2 run if they aimed bad) to destroy patrol boat in seconds. IFV and MRAP LMGs will waste half of your HP pool.

The only immediately available option is to pay 4 US dollars for 15 minutes of battle pass XP. At that rate, you pay 20 dollars an hour to have double XP.
Look, I know I should get good and play more. But the battledads play after work and I can't be bothered to grind bot lobbies in the 2 hours I get to play a day. I should ignore boosters and just...play.
But goddamn if you are going to offer a XP booster service for a fee can we have it for longer than 15 minutes? BF Pro Gifts have never been longer than 30 minutes. It's a straight up slap to the face to a consumer to pay 5 dollars for 15 minutes of real world time XP multiplier. It's an insult and I demand a riot.

Why would I even try to engage with snipers on this map when shooting at them any farther than 50 yrds is just painting a huge target on myself?
Should I give it 1, maybe 2, even 3, possibly 4 years until they decide to add it? Or is that a bit too optimistic?
Now, keeping with tradition I understand that, according to this place, we have to wait ~2 years before a Battlefield "gets good" and we're only 9 months in, but I'm just wondering if an insanely complex thing like shooting someone making their gun sway will be added down the line?
Hey, cool stuff in the store though! Here's to Season 5!

I've never seen a Battlefield game where people complain about this vehicles killing then as much as this one. You're not supposed to be Rambo gunning down Helis everytime they pop up. This game isn't about kill streaks. If a vehicle encounters you out in the open it's logical you should die.

Since the last patches aim assist is broken on Xbox at least.
When having crossplay on the aim assist is literally non existent for Xbox players while in Xbox only lobbies sometimes every now and then there is AA.
When aiming on enemies there ain't any slowdown effects. Sometimes it also feels like there is a hidden mechanic which makes the aim even harder and moves the crosshair away from target instead of aiming on target.
I wonder if this has anything to do with the network code or the package loss issues.
Dice, pls fix your aim assist or give us console only matchmaking.
I know PC player will cry in the comments, but this isn't about PC players. It's about Xbox players and their broken aim assist.

I've been getting the urge to jump back into Battlefield 6 after not touching it since Season 1. The thing is, I'm someone who absolutely hates battle passes, seasonal content and FOMO in games. It's actually one of the main reasons I stopped playing in the first place. Seeing multiple seasons worth of content that I've missed is honestly pretty off-putting to me. And yes I know "it's only skins, you don't need them" but that doesn't strike me. It'll still feel like I missed a lot!
So I'm curious: Is Battlefield 6 in a good state nowadays? Is it newcomer/returning-player friendly after missing so many seasons? Can I realistically ignore the battle passes and just enjoy the game, or does it constantly remind you about all the stuff you've missed?
I miss the Battlefield gameplay, but I don't miss feeling like I'm jumping into a TV show that's already on Season 4. I'd love to hear from people who either stuck with the game or came back after a long break. Is it worth giving another shot?
And I want to put a disclaimer up, I'm not hating on Battlefield 6 at all. I loved the game! I'm someone with limited time to game and jumping into a modern shooter nowadays feels more like an ad infested website telling me to spend money or hurry up or else I'll never get that one skin, than an actual fun shooter game. That's mainy what I want to avoid.

BF 1942 Lan OG here. Love to occasionally play multiplayer Battlefield. Was excited for BF 6, then extremely disappointed. I was pissed at Dice for ruining the nostalgia of my childhood. So I took my gaming PC outside, shot it with a .45, and moved on to other things rather than rant at EA/DICE/retarded map designers.
tl;dr: thank you EA/DICE for making such a shitty game I received no Dopamine from playing it, and in turn was able to move on to better things.

Would more frames and monitor with faster refresh rate increase my performance? Have you noticed your performance increased when you upgraded?
I was wondering if I upgraded my setup, I currently have a 60 refresh rate monitor and an RTX 3070, would my performance in Battlefield increase.
Personally I don't think so, in season 3 my kd was above 8 on European servers. A lot of my deaths are due to m320, shotgun, rpg when I am behind cover, grenade that I don't see, lagging Chinese player, lagging console player, getting shot from multiple directions because my team is losing and getting outflanked. So I don't think that more frames could help me in this situations.
I play with TR-7, mainly conquest on Bazaar, Hagental, Cairo, Iberian and Empire
But I would like to hear other opinions and your experience.
I added a Marauder 13 clip so you might have something nice to watch.

Dear Battlefield 6 developers,
Please bring back 128 player servers 64 vs 64 like we had in Battlefield 2042.
Some of the maps in Battlefield 6 simply feel too large for the current player count. Large areas stay empty, and the action is often concentrated in just one part of the map. As a result, the battles don't feel as intense or immersive as they could.
While 128 player modes in Battlefield 2042 were controversial for some, many players absolutely loved the constant action, the large scale battles, and the feeling that the entire map was alive. That was one of the most exciting parts of Battlefield.
Please consider adding conquest and breakthrough as 128 player 64 vs 64 game modes. It doesn't have to replace the existing modes it should simply be an additional option for players who enjoy massive, action-packed battles. Give players the choice. Those who prefer the current player count can keep playing as they do now, while those of us who want truly epic Battlefield moments can enjoy 128 player servers.
The Battlefield community has been asking for this for a long time. We hope you'll consider bringing this feature back.
