Then do want makes you happy! Own it. Stop caring what strangers think. Stop caring about looks from people you will see for all of 10 seconds. They probably wouldn't be able to pick you out of a line up 30 minutes after seeing you (unless they ask to see the bottoms of feet lol).
My friends judge me barefoot, or when I wear my "Jesus slippers." And that's ok. I am a self professed weird nerd. I have fun with it. But I do have limits.
And sorry, since we are not friends you don't have to wash your feet because there's a high likelihood I will not invite you to my house for milk and cookies.

So you care more about the perception of strangers who don't care about you, than you do about what makes you happy?
It's only "weird" when it's in a city, cus then it's not "totally acceptable" like near a beach?
What about the air in cities. You fine with breathing that in?

So you think i am weird and dirty? 😂

Sure, if you are asking process:
I still run a couple of times per week on a treadmill in my vff KSO EVOs. I KNOW I KNOW but this is intentional, let me explain. These runs are not very intense, kinda tempo runs. No screens, no music, just me and the wall infront of me. But these make me really pay attention to what my body is doing, as there is nothing else for my brain to go to, and have really taught me how to pay attention and notice when things feel off. After the runs, when I notice somethng seems off, I ask gemini as a starting point, and then I do some other research on physiology to try and figure out what is wrong and why. I then figure out exercises or stretches to help if its a muscle thing, and if its a positioning thing, I try to focus on that on my next treadmill day. While initially very very boring, this has become super important for me.
If you are asking about what specifically was wrong with my form, well a lot. Here are the things I can remember changing since last August, but I know for a fact there were more:
*I will avoid terms like pronation supination in favor of more colloquial terms. I never fully got those down
-I was experiencing significant IT band issues -- stabbing pains in my knee. Figured out this was gluteus medius issues. I believe this was causing my whole right leg to be angled outwards, rather than straight
-I learned that my right hip was tilted up, causing my left leg to be longer than my right. Spent a lot of time on core stretching and again gluteus medius work to help level that out
-I also learned that I lagged with my right hip, and lead with my left. I spent months on straightening that out.
-I realized my calves were not growing as I expected, and I had plateaued really hard. This one is directly related to OP:
-Turns out, I was not running with my feet as straight forward as i thought. I was so duck-footed, my heels wouldn't even touch the ground. This caused me to be using the muscle at my shins (which were huge now) instead of my calves to absorb the shock of landing. I had to spend about a month to completely re-work my gait. This is when my calves grew significantly.
-I learned that I was running duck-butt, and not stacking my spine over my hips. Again had to really focus on that for a while. This relieved the fatigue in my knees and lower back i was dealing with.
-I know I had a couple others but these are what's coming to me right now. They are also not in order, IDK what the order was anymore.
In the end almost all of them came from how I used to sit and drive for work (I spent 2-7 hours per day driving for my job at the time that I had for 5 years).
Sorry for the essay on all that. But I really really love the process, paying attention to what is going on and working through it by sensing it. I have never recorded myself running or run infront of a mirror, or had anyone watch me run.

I like to have dirty feet. To step on everything. That feeling is interesting. But yes. Dirty feet are part of IT.

I’ve been dealing with chronic intermetatarsal bursitis and forefoot overload in my other foot. I’ve only really been in a lot of pain this last 6 weeks, things haven’t been getting any better. Im planning to see a surgeon soon
When your say it hasnt really gotten better do you mean minor pain or like still very painful

Was gibt es da zu managen? Wenn sich kinder (ob die eigenen oder andere) ein beispiel nehmen, ist das doch positiv und gesund. Hauptsache sie achten auch darauf, wo sie hintreten, um sich nicht zu verletzen.

I judge you for being weird and dirty. Train station and big cities to me is my hardline. Also depends on the city, I live near a beach, totally acceptable to walk around barefoot.
In my running days, I worked up to 5k completely unshod. So, no I wouldn't be ashamed of you. If we were friends we'd probably laugh together at all the weird looks you will get. But I would tell you nearly verbatim to my original comment, you will wear socks or wash your feet before entering my house.

Please go ask this question in r/barefoot
You've already failed if you care so much what other people think.
People used to think elbows and knees being visible was wrong or too explicit.
Life is short. Stop giving a fuck what judgemental nobodies that are scared of the ground think when they see you confidently going about your day with your feet being utilised the way evolution intended them to be used.

Real. Dirty feet are normal after walking barefoot. I like it and i dont see problémÂ
r/BarefootRunning • u/ChiAndrew • 35m ago
Ive done it many times. The assessment of risk is wrong.

Thanks. I want to know opinion from others becouse i dont know what other people thinks when they see me.

Yes. Asian household, no shoes in the house.
I'm highly judgemental, just my personality. Probably strong choice of words, but i wouldn't dwell on it longer than 10 seconds

I prefer clean feet but I just wash the soles of my feet after a walk. They go from black stain like in your photo, back to normal, with barely any water really - cus I take care of them by washing daily and moisturising with O'Keefe's foot cream.
I don't see why the dirt being on the soles of your feet is any different to the dirt being on the tread of your shoes. I think people need to get a grip and put things into perspective... It's not like you're rubbing the floor with your hands... Feet are literally designed for this!

Not really

Meta tarsal pad help a bit
How about you?
r/BarefootRunning • u/JoeyDJ7 • 42m ago
I bet u/Irksomecake has never washed the bottom of their shoes. Their points are illogical and nonsensical
r/BarefootRunning • u/JoeyDJ7 • 44m ago
I'm not who you replied to.
Why do you care what judgemental people who are scared of the ground think of you?
It's your feet. It's your body.
How often do they wash the bottom of their shoes? Imagine how much shit builds up over years... Versus your feet, which I presume are washed frequently.. and have no tread, so you could quite easily just wash them off with water and get most of that black stain off.
I wouldn't be ashamed. I would admire your courage. I also wouldn't be stuck up judgemental brat who openly admits to dizzying levels of vanity.

Every tÃme i come back from outside and going to shower. Depends if i was walking in city or forest.Â
r/BarefootRunning • u/SwimmingArmadillo403 • 48m ago
But i Also want to know their opinion ,,from normal people". And your opinion on dirty feet?
r/BarefootRunning • u/JoeyDJ7 • 50m ago
You should ask this in r/barefoot , which has actual barefooters in it. People here are wildly judgemental, going off of these comments...
