What vegetarian dishes are worth the effort?
Hi everyone, so sometimes I feel like the effort of making something is not worth the final dish.
Recently I made a mushroom walnut dip/ spread and it took quite a while to cook down the mushroom, grind and all that jazz. But the final dip was just not that great. Yes I did add more salt and seasoning but it was just okay.
I have tried myriad vegetarian/ vegan dessert recipes that claim they are the best and taste just like the non-veg version but it's simply not true. And I have felt disappointed repeatedly after spending a lot on ingredients like almond meal and lots of time and ending up with mediocre desserts.
Do you have any vegetarian recipes for food, could be dips, mains, dessert, anything that really taste great? and you find yourself making again and again
