Will I be okay if I eat a bagged salad if there is no iceberg in it?

I bought a bagged salad kit cuz I'm lazy and don't need a fridge full of salad ingredients. I didn't notice the brand until I got home. It's Taylor's but there is no iceberg lettuce in it and it's not from Mexico, (I think thats where this started.) Will I be okay if I wash and eat it? Or should I eat the cost instead and just throw it away?

Something creative yet unappetizing. Like spaghetti tacos. 🧐

Bday dessert ideas

To keep it short, I need desserts/main cake ideas for a friend. Something light and not too sweet. They’re allergic to strawberries, any melons, lemons, mangos, kiwis, and peaches. They don’t like apples or any coffee stuff. They are sensitive to dairy. I think that sums it up, mostly, so what are your recommendations?

Anything helps. Thanks ♡

Thai Cuisine What did I eat? Taro coffee cake?

Visited 85C Bakery Cafe today for the first time. My friend and I are fairly adventurous eaters. All I remember from the sign where these were shelved was "Taro." Wish I could post a picture.

Looks kind of cakey with purple Taro cracklin on top. Served in a 6" pie tin. The cake portion is totally coffee cake, like US American standard grab a coffee cake off the shelf flavor and texture. Then there's the Taro cracklin on top, and inside is maybe sweet cheese? It's stretchy. Plus another more custardy filling. It's good! Just no idea what to call it, and more interested in what the two fillings are.

I checked their website and or course it's not listed. The strawberry matcha bun was listed. Got that too and reminded me a little bit of mochi though there's no rice in it at all.

Lazy meal

I always try to have food prepared in my fridge for when I work until 23h but sometimes I can't cook for whatever reason and the I have to eat the most boring meals. Tonight I had some leftiver rice and opened a can of sardines. It fed my hunger, not my soul hahahaha.

What can I do on those nights without leftovers? Really the lazieeest meal beside frozen lasagna or ramen.
